My new favorite stick roller! The wheels really help get into my muscle for more of a deep tissue experience. Benefit is I can press as hard or soft as I want. The tapered design of the wheel is great to i can cover more of my thigh/hamstring than a typical roller. I travel a bit for work and different marathons, fits great into my backpack and does n't stick out like some longer ones.

Hardly ever leave reviews, but since I ’ ve struggled to find a roller that could tear up my hamstrings( go real, real deep). Not because I ’ m a glutton for punishment, but rather because my hamstrings are as flexible as a rock. This is the only roller I ’ ve ever used that can turn them into squishy mince meat with proper leverage.
