Great fit, comfortable, and easy to zip off pants to turn into shorts.

5 TXsnowbird
[ I 've been wearing these for years. The fit is great, pockets the right size, cool in summer and warm enough in winter( especially with an extra layer underneath). The zipper pocket is just right for my cell phone.

5
[ True to form, great fit and quality, Love the color.

5 Lonewolf1976
I have been using these Columbia pants for several years. They hold up extremely well, are light weight, dry quickly and protect me from wind and sun. They are my go to for general hiking and outdoor play but I still wear them around town. I have worn them climbing Mt Rainier and hunted in all kinds of conditions. I highly recommend these pants.

5 Sean

[ I like this rain jacket alot. When it got delivered it was raining for a few days and it keeps you dry and warm.

5 AG
[ Great look. Waterproof. Sizing great. Sleeve length really good. I love it.

5 Matt M
[ This is my second purchase of the exact same jacket. I bought one of these about 10 yrs ago as a rain jacket. I still have the old one which got covered in paint. I recently purchased this exact same one bc I liked the original so much.

5
[ Great quality great fit perfect for the rain and the sun

5 Mike Manzione
[ The jacket was exactly what I was looking for. It's warm enough for those chilly mornings, light enough to wear on a Summer day, and just enough to serve as a wind breaker. It's a wonderful jacket. One minor suggestion... although there are two external pockets with zippers, it would be the perfect jacket if there was an internel pocket. Otherwise, i would highly recommend this jacket to someone looking for a lightweight jacket.

[ These are amazing to keep the rain out on hikes in the Pacific Northwest. The whole family bought Columbia rain pants to keep us dry on the Oregon Coast, and we 'll use them again in the Olympic Peninsula this spring. These work great. Roomy enough to fit over regular pants.

5 Guy
[ Fit and work great. Used them on a camping trip and got rained on. Kept me dry and they kept me warm by blocking the wind. Big opening on bottom so you can throw them on while wearing shoes/boots. Lightweight and pack easily. Would recommend 10/10

I have these in black, khaki, green, gray and navy. They are my favorite pants. I love how they fit, breathe and look tremendous. I ’ ve started pulling them out of the drawer before my Lululemon pants.

5 sushil k
Awesome Pant, the fabric is super soft, breathable and seems durable too. looks great fit for every aspect of activities travels, trails or town. Done in all, absolutely liked it.

5 Greg T
I purchased these on a whim and have thrown out my other pants similar to these. The cut is nice and has a slight taper in the leg giving it a modern look. The material stretches and I have not noticed any wear after several washes. I am usually tough on clothing and these show no sign of abuse. I bought another pair in a different color I liked them so much.

5 CFink
Best pants I have ever owned. I had a pair of the regular Ferrosi pants, they were comfortable, but way too wide and baggy for my liking. These ones are a great cut and have an excellent feel to them. Super stretchy, super light, super comfortable. OR, please never change these. I will be buying more and more pairs!

5 Carl J
The transit pants are a step- up in fashion compared to the standard Ferrosi pants. Granted I 'm not a fashion master as my wife reminds me but these are versatile enough to wear climbing or to work. They do n't have the zipper thigh pocket but as I mentioned this gives them a slightly more formal look and fit. Obviously it goes without saying that they are comfortable, stretchy and lightweight like the entire Ferrosi line. Sometimes the Ferrosi line is known to pill but I have n't noticed any yet after a couple of months wear.

5 RonRon
Had to purchase a long sleeve shirt while cycling through Austria when temperatures dropped from the high 80s to the low 40s in 24 hours. Turns out this shirt is the most comfortable shirts I have ever had. While it is comfortable I. Warmer weather I found this shirt to be warm and cozy when when worn underneath a light jacket.

5 Waldemar N.
I have the patina green in medium size. I go on day hikes at least twice weekly and have this shirt keeps me as comfortable as possible even in 30° Celsius weather. This shirt stays dry as I sweat during my hike. If the weather starts to cool it is easy to put a fleece layer over this one. Lastly, I do n't put this in the dryer after washing as it can become completely dry in an less than an hour in my house where the A/C temperature is set to 20° Celsius. Overall I really like it and I will get a second pair to use when I do the Salkantay Trail in the near future.

5 TooHotOutside
[ This shirt is amazing... snap buttons, comfortable material, comfortable fit, ample storage, can be worn casually or to the office. Despite ordering a darker color, this thing does a great job keeping the heat off you. I would order a whole closet of these if they were n't so painful on my wallet!

5 Clay229
[ The material of this shirt is great, soft and breathable. It is very comfortable for hike during summer. Sufficient pockets provided. The downside of this shirt is that the use of material for the button made it heavier compare to Abisko Hike LS Shirt but still light weight enough.

5 Kram
[ Love this shirt- material and fit. While I normally wear an XL for Fjallraven( 43 Chest), a L fits me for this one. I am a trail builder and find this shirt too warm above 75 degrees with routine exertion. Cost is high for me, but I think it will serve me well.

I 've bought three pairs of these pants over the years. They are slim- fitting, a bit stretchy, and lightweight. Good for summer. They have some nice details like the pockets and cuff snaps, although honestly I do n't use either of those much. They are very slim fitting, so make sure you do n't order them too small in the waist. A lot of outdoor clothing companies make pants similar to these-- light, slightly stretchy, clean- looking and not too complicated. I think these are one of the better versions.

5 Brandon
Comfortable, nice color and excellent stretch throughout while bending and monovering

5 John
Excellent pants. Thought the 34x34 would be just long enough. Shrank just a little bit after the first washing and drying, and now they ’ re too short. Why don ’ t you make 36 ” inseams?

5 Tuna

I ordered the pants and jacket to replace some old faithful ones that have been reliable for years. I 've always been happy with the Helium line for backpacking. Although I would n't call them super durable thats not really what they are meant for. I use them as the lightweight layer to keep rain off on the occasional rain during backpacking trips or light rain.

5 Zachary O
A great lightweight pair of rain pants. Used them as a shell during a snow storm and stayed dry.

5 Luke

It's a pretty good all around solid coat. I love in Colorado so this is perfect for year round use because it's lightweight, will keep you dry in a light rain, is just warm enough, and I love the thumb holes. [ bought these for a 10 day sailing trip. we had all day rain one day and the pants kept me dry. I was questioning whether the full zip would allow water pentation, but it did not in my case of mostly standing. The full zip was great for getting them on and off easily without removing footwear. I was also able to sit on wet surfaces without water coming through.

5 Mike
[ I bought these for a recent hike that I completed a week ago. Of course it rained but I was prepared and the rain pants were flawless. Love the full zipper!

5 Pawlie
[ I was very skeptical.... very light weight..... I 've worn them now a half dozen times. I stay try and the light weight does n't drape to your body so you feel dry andcool.... love them... bought two pairs

5 Backcountry Bob
[ These side- zip rain pants fir true to size over my hiking pants in the summer, and over my cross country ski softshell pants in the winter season, which gives them great versatility for year round use. The fabric sheds rain and snow, yet breathes well enough to make them acceptable as lightwt. winter shell pants. The full side zips let me take them on and off without having to remove hiking boots, or take off my XC skis, and the weight is so minimal as to always carry them in the pack when not in use.

5 RD2021
[ Great rain pants when needed. I work out of a van and don ’ t have the luxury of changing in a house. With the full zipper on the legs, I can get them on over my boots in a jiff.

This is my second pair of these shorts because they have become my favorite hiking shorts. They fit snugly in the waist, but loose in the seat and legs. The pockets are the right number and in the right places. They do n't show wear at all.

5 Al
Best travel shorts that I have bought. Not too tight!

5 Eric M
I bought these shorts in a larger size but exchanged them for a smaller size-- that was the best thing I 've done! They fit great and I I love the material-- very durable and comfortable.

5 David
[ My wife says if I do n't stop wearing these every day she's going to hide them. The absolute perfect short for hot and humid summer days. Perfect for hikes or any casual event. The stretch material provides plenty of ventilation while remaining tough and extremely comfortable. Waist sizing is spot on and length is my favorite. 10/10

Out of winter i prefer hiking in shorts. For this reason I have several pairs from well established brands. The Fjällräven Abisko Lite Shorts are head and shoulders above every pair I own. Totally reliable, supremely comfortable and exceedingly well designed. I have loads of Fjällräven kit including trousers, t shirts, shirts, jumpers, jackets, bags and other accessories. Not one piece of Fjällräven kit has ever let me down. Whether trekking across Dartmoor, walking the South West Coast Path or hiking Vatnajökull in Iceland, Fjällräven is my outdoor kit of choice.

[ Worked great in Patagonia. Does run a little small. I am a 34 waist and the large was snug but the XL was too big. I still recommend buying just be sure they will fit!

5 JPhikes
Took these on a trip around the Colorado four pass loop. As is typical, we got caught in an afternoon storm at 10, 000 feet and suited up. Pants kept us dry from the rain and wete sufficiently breathable for 2 hours of rainy hiking. They are definitely pants to put on BEFORE it rains because the ankle zips do n't accommodate footwear too well. But I knew that going in. Zippers are fail points for waters so we elected to minimize the water ingress points. Tl; dr kept us dry. Breathed well for intense, medium duration active wear

5 BenK

4 JasonRaintude

5 Jeff PDX

5 PNW Dry Guy
[ 10/10- Great performance, Great fit- No Complaints! Would love for Marmot to put out short leg length options in addition to regular and tall.

5 David36
[ One of the standout features of these pants is the combination of durable GORE- TEX 3L and lightweight GORE- TEX Active materials. This blend not only ensures exceptional durability but also keeps the pants light, allowing for efficient movement in the mountains. The lightweight construction is particularly advantageous during hikes, as it minimizes fatigue and allows for unrestricted mobility. The complete waterproofing of these pants is another feature that I greatly appreciate. Regardless of the weather conditions, I can confidently rely on the GORE- TEX technology to keep me dry and comfortable. Whether it's a light drizzle or a heavy downpour, these pants provide reliable protection against moisture. It's worth noting that if you plan to wear them over clothing, it's recommended to order a size up for a proper fit. In terms of fit, the elastic waist belt and ankle zippers allow for easy customization. I can adjust the pants to my preferred fit, ensuring optimal comfort throughout my outdoor activities. The zippered pockets are also a convenient addition, providing ample space to stash small gear such as keys, a map, or a phone. Furthermore, the packability of these pants is worth highlighting. They are extremely lightweight and can be easily compressed, making them a fantastic choice for backpacking or traveling. The ability to pack them down into a small size without sacrificing performance is a huge plus. In summary, the Men's GORE- TEX® Mitre Peak Pant is a versatile and reliable choice for outdoor enthusiasts. Their complete waterproofing, lightweight construction, and packability make them perfect for hiking and other outdoor activities. Whether you 're braving wet conditions or looking for comfortable and functional pants, these are an excellent option. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking durable, lightweight, and versatile pants for their adventures.

I 've had several pairs of rain pants from other manufacturers over the years and these are the best so far. They do n't restrict my leg movements, do n't leak, and are easy to get on and off. The rise is high, so you have good overlap with your top and the waist drawstring seems sturdy enough, although I pair them with suspenders also. Rain and wet brush are expected if you are outside much of the year here in the PNW, so you need some good rain pants.

4 Andy P
My issue is n't with the pants which are great, BUT with the sizing chart- I am 6' 3 '' and 36 '' waist and a large size works for me but I have an 34 '' inseam and the chart recommendation is to get a tall size however I think regular would have been much better. The pant legs bunch up at the bottom when I have mid waterproof hiking shoes on. The OR pro deal is great but unfortunately they do n't allow exchanges or returns. I would liked to have swapped this pair for a large regular.

[ This is exactly the jacket I needed: a waterproof shell that has good thickness to it. I 'm a 5'11 '' woman and the men's jacket fits my frame perfectly! I have broader shoulders than an average woman and find that, as a result, arm length, in regular women's sizes, suffers. Nicely made, quality material. I use this when I 'm riding in the rain, which is about 9 months out of the year! Feels like it 'll last a long time, which I really appreciate.

I 've been wearing for a few weeks. These are turning into my workout shorts. Have done done a few base training runs and they 're comfortable and feel great. I 'm not sure I would wear them on a really long run but did 90min run in them and they were great. Will use them for camping/ hiking/ swim combo this summer for sure. I 'm a 33 '' waste and the L fits great.

5 m_bur
I travel quit a bit and wanted a pair of shorts that I could work out in, trail run, swim in, etc. Also wanted something that would dry quickly. These are great for that. I generally wear a shorter inseam specifically or trail running, but this inseam was a more modest and `` everyday comfortable '' approach. Got the shorts with the AirShell Hoody and together they 're a great combo. Would recommend as a all purpose trail short.

This vest is very warm and is so lightweight it's like wearing paper!

I picked it up at a fair price and probably would n't have bought it otherwise. I 'm glad I took advantage of the sale. It's a nice simple vest with a good fill count. I 'm not really a vest wearing kind of guy, but my son says this one looks great on me. The color gives Marty McFly vibes, but I like that. It contrasts nicely with dark greens, whites and blacks.

I received my men's small Ghost Whispered 2 vest today. Weight is 5. 1oz. It's the same fine quality of my Ghost Whisperer 2 sweater that weighs 8. 0 oz. They are roomy enough for layers under and the most packable layers that I own. Kudos to MH for a home run.

5 Julio
[ I bought my vest to be used as a second layer for skiing and climbing. However, very shortly, I found out that it is also great for cycling when is chilly and could also wear it with a dress shirt and it looks classic( black)

[ I loooovvvvveeeeeeee this vest. Well made and as warm as good, sweet lovin'! About the only drawback I find with it is the lack of a bacon- warming pouch within its cozy folds!

happy with this jacket. i used at mt Bachelor for four days. it was cold week but i never got cold, in fact i had to open vents. i 'm 6' 1 '' and its very comfortable fit. hood its true helmet compatible. main zipper sometimes was stubborn but manageable. i would improve the top of inside part of zipper where Gore- Tex material is touching your face/ mouth when hood is over the helmet by putting softer cloth material, maybe even this piece could be removable for often cleaning. overall good jacket.

5 Heliskier
Warm jacket. My last jacket was a medium but this one fits longer so I bought the small. I 'm 5' 7 '' 150lbs athletic build. Overall great jacket!

5 JohnG
I really like this jacket. I took it on a spring snowboard trip and it worked great. The pit zips really helped as the day warmed up. The mapped insulation also works well.

5 Eric Kincaid
Used for the first time yesterday in a downpour of wet snow and a little rain, dry as a bone at the end of the day. Great features to store your ski pass and everyday carry items( phone, keys, wallet).

[ I have had it now for about 2 months. A couple things.... I am 5 ’ 7 ” and 170 the jacket fits great it is long for my height but how I prefer it. Very light weight but perfect for the in between weather. Comfortable in 50 deg with a t shirt underneath and 35 with a few layers underneath. So far I have been in 4 rains, being stuck outside for 15 to 20 minutes each time. Kept me dry.

5 @cruzan
I recently bought this jacket for my trip up through Oregon and Washington. It pretty much either rained of snowed the whole time I was up there and this jacket held up to everything. The fit is great, love the rust color I ordered, and the pockets will blow your mind with what you can hold. I ’ m 5 ’ 10 and big boned at 250 so the xxl fits me perfectly.

[ I bought this jacket with the upcoming Winter in mind replacing my previous ten years ’ old puffer. I can tell it ’s going to be warm enough for the E coast winter but what really blows my mi d is just how light it is. Whereas I ’ ve always had jackets that encumbered my movements and I ’ d simply got used to that fact, this jacket feels so incredibly light and form fitting that it ’s going to be a new experience for my winters. I love the fact it feels like a light jacket instead of a ‘ winter coat ’ and can ’ t wait to be wearing it daily very soon.

5 Jabber
[ I bought this to replace a 16 year old 800 fill down coat. This coat is warmer than the old one was. It fits well, lofts well and seems durable. It packs into its pocket for backpacking or cold weather hikes. I 'm happy.

Perfection! I 've been on the search for a down pant that is n't made for 5' 9 guys that are 250lbs. No offense to you fellas but us long legged guys seem to get left out in the cold( pun kinda intended) when it comes to length. Mountain Hardware knocked this out of the park all around. Simply the best jacket. Super light weight, I never have to worry about sacrificing weight for comfort. I just throw it in my bag now and do n't even think about it. It washes quite well too, as I run it through the ringer at work and camping. The down has not had a problem after about 45 washes with wool balls on regular temps. It's not water proof, but for light rains I have not had to throw on a rain jacket and have not felt that it was damp after.

5 Joel
This is a nice jacket—super versatile. I use it for night walks around the neighborhood and camping trips to the desert. It keeps me warm even on really cold nights. My favorite feature, though, is how roomy it feels. It allows plenty of flexibility, even when I layer up. This is my second one, and this time, I went for the hooded version.

5 Dan
Amazing coat. Comfortable, warm and a great look. I am always in between a M and L. I went with the Medium and it fits me great. Best coat ever!

5 Cole
Keeps me warm down to about 40- 45 with a shirt underneath. Blocks wind great, so lightweight it's easy to throw in a multi day pack without thinking much.

5 Pat805

There's a reason you see so many really favorable reviews of this jacket. It checks all the boxes. Packable, super light, blocks the wind, repels mist or light rain and looks great. Pull it out of your kit at a windy summit or the top of a pitch. If you are slim and athletic, it fits true to your usual size. I have a paunchy `` dad bod '', so I had to go up one size for midriff room. You wo n't have to, though. I also have the lined hoody version of this garment, and like it equally for belaying or just spectating at the base of the crag.

5 SmittyNH
Perfect ascent shell to dump heat while breaking wind. I wear this over a 250gram smartwool baselayer while ascending mountains in 25- 45 degree weather.

5 NorthBay
I have been using multiple Kor products for a while and added this one to my closet recently. It has many uses but what I use it for is early morning hikes and rides. It adds just enough warmth over a base layer to reduce the bite of morning chill. The fabric is crazy stretchy and soft, and while I have n't been rough on this one, my insulated Kor Strata is a ski layer I have hammered all season with no issue. This thing is crazy packable too so it makes it easy to shove into a pocket or my lumbar pack.

4 KJLANDA
The good is that this is the lightest shell I 've ever put on- it's as light as a feather. But, I still do n't understand why MHW wo n't put in cinch waist cords anymore? It's not so great to have air come up thru the bottom with no way to tighten up. Additionally, the no wrist cuff is bizarre. Fernglow is a nice electric yellow color and the sizing is just right this time.
