This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. It's loose enough that I can wear layers underneath if it's really cold and the whole thing is lined with nylon so there is no binding at all. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. There is nothing about this jacket that I do n't like. Bravo Carhartt!

I love the fit and feel. Very lightweight, which I wanted, as a summer weight jacket. The stretch improves the fit and feel over my other bomber. The only things I would change is; Add the original bomber style shoulder pockets and tool sleeves, maybe even on both sides. A velcro shoulder patches with a cover that matches the jacket fabric to hide the velcro if preferred. Stretch cordura or something cut resistant to protect in the shop against sheet metal edges or on the street for self defence. Hand pocket designed more like the original without the flap. Or maybe different bomber offerings.

Bought a navy skogsko and it ’s probably my favourite, go to jacket. Worn it a lot and it still looks good. Quality fit, like the longer arms and the shape of the hood. Recommend. Haven ’ t waxed it but it is reasonably shower resistant which is enough for my needs.

I wanted a jacket with Sherpa lining in the inside. For some reason it keeps me warmer. That ’s the main reason I bought it. The quality of these Columbia jackets does not disappoint. I wish the pockets to keep your hands warm had thicker lining. That ’s the only negative I can think of. The rest of the jacket is solid

I bought this in preparation for a trip where I was expecting temps in the low 40s, wind, and rain, but needed a few easily accessible pockets, too. This coat worked perfectly for me, keeping me dry, warm, and relatively protected from the wind( with the hood), too. The lack of an inner pocket was a bit of a miss, but the two outer breast pockets worked well for my phone and( when traveling, and worried about pickpockets) wallet.

My morning comfort. Soft breathable and sturdy. The fleece lining is top quality and the collar keeps out the wind and has good coverage on the backside. You are n't swimming in this shacket nor is it tight to your torso. We are n't all skinny models you know. I am 5 ’ 9 ” at 175lbs with an average build. The medium is not too loose and feels great!! The sleeves are tad long but not bad at all. I had the zipper catch a couple times over a past couple days, but that ’s me rushing. The cut works very well with my height. The only thing that bothers me is the jacket pitches a tent by the stitching in the midsection of the jacket when you sit down.
