Love this vest. It's my 3 rd one because I wear them almost every day from October through May here in Maine. I get about 2 years out of them. My last one had 2 of the 3 zippers fail within a week of each other but it was getting a bit thread worn so needed replacing anyway. I am 5'11 '' tall and weigh 175- 180 and wear a small. Thought I just needed a vest as part of my running wardrobe, but little did I know this was a must have I never knew about. Now in cooler weather I ’ m wearing this for pretty well any temperature below 50F. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. I ’ VE NEVER FELT HOT WHILE WEARING THIS!!! Sure I ’ ll still sweat, but there ’s no worry about thinking you need to plan for how warmed up you ’ ll be 2- 3 miles in. I am an age group competitive triathlete and runner. I work out ear round. Weather dos no top me. This Therma- Fit vest is Excellent for colder weather runs or use when golfing. It is heavier than my Nike AeroLoft vest which I use on chilly but not cold days. The multiple ventilation zippers have been extremely well designed for days that start extremely cold but warm up later during the run. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. The fit is perfect!

I can wash this vest, throw it in the dryer and I am done. I use this as my mid- layer. Wanted a vest I could wear under my rain jacket. I ’ m 5 ’ 9 ”, 160 lbs, 32 ” waist and athletic build. Originally ordered a medium but it was much too baggy. Exchanged for a small and it fits perfectly over a long sleeve shirt. The small is form fitting and hangs just below the belt. When moving around and going from sitting to standing it does ride up above my belt which is fine as I tuck in my shirts and carry a knife or multi tool on my belt. The vest is warm and comfortable wearing around the house and under other jackets on cold days.
