Excellent fit and cut. Maybe run a little tight in the waist and hips, slim through the leg. The new AP Active fabric is amazing. Its super soft, breathable, has great stretch. I am giving 4* because the front hip pockets are awkwardly short. I have a normal sized mobile phone and it wo n't fit in those pockets( or the rear pockets) vertically. Also, I wonder about the durability of the fabric long term. That being said, I am going to get another pair. I 'd buy even more if these were a tad heavier and with 5 pocket styling.

Love these shorts! Will be my only workout shorts going forward. They ’ re comfortable, durable, and lightweight. The liner holds up great. I have 3 pairs of the interval shorts, and I really like those, but I ’ d put the tactical just a smidge higher. The waste band feels more solid and thicker, and the tactical shorts fit a little more snug than interval. Both are awesome, I use both for everyday wear. I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ”, 175, fairly fit, bigger legs and butt, and medium fits great. I mostly do CrossFit and some running, the shorts hold up great for both. Highly recommend!
