[ Recently returned from an extremely hot and humid vacation in Key West. Temps in the 90's. Dewpoint 75 or higher every day. Heat index of 110. I brought 2 of these Echo T- Shirts with me and lived in them. Very light and breathable and the only tops I had that did not stick to my hot and sweaty body. They wicked well and offer SPF protection. How this is accomplished in such lightweight material is a mystery to me. And no... they are not see- through like so many other lightweight options. I 'm a big fan of the modest v- neck these shirts have. I do wish they were and in or two shorter, but that's my personal preference. I highly recommend the Echo T- Shirt and the Echo Sun Hoody. Fantastic all around.

I live in the HOT desert and when I want to keep the sun from baking my skin, this is what I reach for. These shirts are SO thin that it's as close to wearing nothing that you can get. I also love them for travel as the t- shirt can pack into practicality a 2 inch cube! I could wash this shirt with a little soap in a sandwich- baggy and it would then dry in no time at all.

Super comfortable shirt. Sizing runs large( for me). I am 6' 2 '' 185lbs and classically wear a large( US) in almost all shirts( I am a 42L or 44 reg in coat sizing). I originally purchased a Large and found it to be too big- it fit me like an XL. I returned the Large for a Medium and the M fits and feels great! The flannel is soft, but feels substantial. I think it will last a long time.

Only had for a season but they seem to be holding up well and be crafted pretty sturdily. I will probably order another color this fall as they have quickly become my favorite flannel/button up type shirt. It does run slightly loose- Im 5'10 175lbs and the M fits perfectly relaxed- not tight at all( i usually like slimmer fit but this is classic) but not too baggy to where it looks big. I bought a couple of these for running and hiking in the humid SE summer. They have performed perfectly for that purpose and are great when paired with the super comfy Astro Shorts. I also wear a couple of Patagonia Capilene Lightweight short sleeve shirts, and I would put the Echo up against the Capilene; they are very similar in terms of fit, performance and weight. The Echo comes just a tad further below my waist line than the Capilene. Fit is great. I am 5'10 '' 165 and the medium is perfect.

The Freewheel Short Sleeve Jersey is more like a daily driver shirt over a traditional jersey. You can wear it daily for day to day tasks then hit the trail after work. The material is similar to other Outdoor Research shirts in the 2024 clothing catalog. I took the shirt for weekly rides on local trail heads in MD in spring and on the Santos Trails in FL on a work trip. The stretch is nice when you catch a sticker bush and length is nice if you have a long torso. The only con in my opinion is that a bring color would be nice for hunting seasons. I currently have the blue shirt and it looks good.

[ Super breathable but also adds a lot of warmth. As long as it's not too windy or wet, this layer does great! Very good for hiking approaches or for climbing in on colder days. The fit is trim/athletic which allows it to fit snug and shed moisture really well. Totally recommend. I had this in a hoody version and now have the half zip also.

For a lot of synthetic shirts I wear an undershirt because the material does n't feel great against my skin. This one is super comfortable. Probably the biggest testimony I can give is that I 've found myself wearing it for 3 days in a row. I just like the fit. I live in Maine and this is going to be perfect for Spring. And Summer. I picked this up in preparation for a trip to Scotland at the tail end of the winter season. Temperatures averaged 28- 40 degrees Fahrenheit with strong winds and light rain being common. Really great shirt: comfortable for hot days and nights. It gets only 4 stars by comparison with last year's Shade Lite shirt. This one has slightly heavier fabric, and seemingly, a tighter weave, so it does n't breathe as well. On the other hand, the new snaps are much easier to unsnap than last year's metal ones.( I sometimes wonder if I 'll rip the snap out of the Shade Lite before it disengages!)

[ On a whim, I picked up a Canyon SS prior to hiking into Havasu Falls on the Havasupai reservation. We hiked into the falls in early July, with daily average temperatures in the low triple digits. I found this shirt to be extremely comfortable, fast- drying, and quick to vent off excess heat. With a large pack on my back for the 12- mile hike, even with the Arizona sun bearing down on us, I never felt uncomfortably warm or overly soaked in sweat. The shirt managed to wick away and evaporate off the moisture at a steady, appreciated rate. Upon reaching the falls, I gave the shirt a quick rinse off in the creek and after half an hour of hang drying, the shirt was ready to be put through its paces once more. Seriously, as far as the intended function of this shirt is concerned, it performed beautifully. Plus, I find both the fit and appearance of the shirt to be really nice. I 've since placed an order for additional shirts. I really dig 'em. For the reviewer who found the shirt to hang onto odors, I did n't have that issue at all, and I used just the one Canyon shirt for the three days we spent at Havasu. And, I was with people who would have quickly pointed out that I stank. No problems with odor control.

I have this tee in 4 colours. Definitely agree that you need to size up as it ’s small fitting. Fjallraven have some strange sizing. I ’ m L in Vardag anorak, XL in Greenland Winter Jacket and XXL in tees. Minor criticism, could do with the neck of the tee being tighter.
