The quality seems decent, though VRST is better( and more expensive). Have not washed yet, but seems like it 'll last. Great all- around shorts! I love the fabric of these—the nylon has a crisp( almost stiff at first, then softening over time) and substantial feel. These hold up to moderate abrasion better than drapey polyester shorts. They ’ re perfect for rock climbing. The wide leg opening and stretch makes them great for lifting or running too. I ’ ve even gone swimming in them( just note they are unlined). I love the 5 '' inseam, but I do wish the front rise and back rise were an inch higher. The embroidered logo is a nice touch.

Their front pockets are as roomy as they could be in a pair of running shorts. There is a zipped pocket on the right side big enough for car keys and a few run gels, gummies or waffle. I bought these last week and have worn them several times for workouts/leisure and I ’ m impressed with how nice the quality is of these shorts. They have a nice feel to them and aren ’ t super thin. The athletic fit is comfortable and gives you enough room to move and the 5 ” length is perfect. The price point is definitely fitting for the quality at$ 35 MSRP. These are my favorite running and general exercise( weights, day hikes etc) shorts. The shorts are flexible and loose in the legs( without being loose to the point they ride up into the crotch area under friction like some shorts) which I like.
