[ I have a few rocklin full zip fleeces that I had bought a few years ago, and I have worn them quite a bit. So, when I saw the Black Friday sale I decided it was time for some new ones. This is a different fleece jacket altogether, and actually I like it better. The contrast trim is very attractive, and the new Rocklin is a heavier weigh. For anyone who has the older rocklin fleece jacket this one is sized larger. I initially bought a size small, and that one is big enough to be an outer jacket in warmer weather. The x- small is now the right size for me to use as a mid layer.

The thumb holes are subtle enough to be missed but once found it makes the jacket feel like one long fingerless glove. If I had kids I pass this to them. For now, this is mine.

This is my new favorite coat. The way the waist can cinch up is very flattering and the collar is very cute too. The Elbow pads are in just the right spot to keep the fleece in good condition. I would definitely buy this again.

I was in Salt Lake on what turned out to be a rainy week and needed a jacket. The Flagship store was up the street so I stopped in and met the friendliest and turned out to be great spokesman for Cotopaxi. I immediately gravitated to th Bacano Fleece, mahogany with light blue trim. Great fit and cozy. I heard about the design studio above the store and found a great jacket and maybe an even better company since my sales guy was the best spokesperson for his employer any company could ask for. You know you have found something great when the product is fabulous but the guy at the store is invested in his product and employer! Well done and I am embarrassed I do do not remember great guy ’s name.

Picked this up at the outlet and it is exactly what you need in a fleece. Fit is good and it is comfortable for any activity. Only thing I would change is the wrist openings. I have skinny wrists, so they are a little too wide for my liking but the sleeve length if perfect.

I might have been able to go medium but the large gave me just a little bit of room for layering if needed. I 'm 5'10 '' and weigh 187lbs. Been hunting for just the right fleece and this one is it. Great, breathable fleece with the rugged nylon patches in the right spots. Great pockets too. It ’s warm but if you ’ re in the alpine on a windy day, a shell to throw over is helpful. A baselayer, this fleece, and a shell and you ’ re all set for a wide range of conditions. It ’s a pretty classic looking jacket so I think it ’s good for casual wear as well.

I was initially nervous when I purchased the Stina Fleece because it was the first fleece I would own without a hood. That nervousness dissipated as soon as I started wearing it! The fleece is comfortable but not bulky because of it's silhouette and it has mesh pockets for breathe- ability when I am on trails. I live in Northern California so I can easily wear it as an outer layer year around, just pair it with my Re wool hat and I am good to go!

Runs a little big, but I would n't recommend a full size down unless you are between sizes. The large fits me well, and I am normally between L and XL. This is a lightweight performance jacket, for me it's perfect as the warm layer I bring for hiking and being outdoors fall and winter. I run warm, I typically do not wear a coat, this is perfect for me. The colors are AWFUL. How about a decent charcoal gray, navy, or forest green? Something that looks professional and put together but still forest friendly? I do n't like to wear total white because I get dirty, the gray looks so bland and sloppy, like leaving the house in baggy gray sweatpants. The coral, suburban sage green, weird teal blue are off putting, like weird pastels gone wrong. Who decided on these colors? Not only do we have to deal with constant sexism and inequality in the clothing industry, we ca n't even get decent colors. I ca n't stand that this is the women's color scheme for TNF, I am not going to buy anything else.
