I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. The Dri- FIT material keeps me cool and dry, even during intense runs or strength training sessions. I also appreciate the 7- inch inseam—it strikes the perfect balance between coverage and mobility. The side pockets are roomy enough for keys or a phone( though a zip pocket would be a bonus), and the waistband sits comfortably without riding up or digging in.
