Very flexible shoes. I took them to the Galapagos Islands, and they held out very well on hikes, on boats and are attractive enough to wear out to dinner. They were perfect for the consistent rain in Ecuador. Very easy and convenient to put on. I 'm very happy with them. My only wish is that they worked better with my orthotics. I fit my orthotic inserts very easily into all of my other shoes which are the same shoe size. Not in these. So, I just kept the original Merrill insert in. I would have gone with the next size up if I had known. Still breaking them in, so as far as durability, I will find out. My last pair, Sorel, held up for almost 30 years so I 'm hoping these will be my last snow boot purchase! So far they are decent. I would recommend they switch to quick lace hooks, rather than the eyelets.

Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I have no intention of using these boots for riding or cleaning stalls. I will use them for Winter Walk and forays in the forests and beaches shooting( photography) wildlife. I took them out for our first snowfall walk. They are comfortable and warn. It was 20 degrees and I wore only a dress weight alpaca sock. My feet were never cold. There was plenty room for me to wear a heavier weight sock. I did encounter some wet spots along the marsh and my feet were totally dry. I will note that these boots do not have lug soles, so they were slick walking up snow covered steep slopes. This is not a knock on these boots for me. I have Yaktrax Diamond grips and Kahtoola Micro Spikes- both fit over these beefier boot. I love the ease of slipping into with the optional pull tabs( which I didn ’ t need to use.). The last pair of “ rubber boots ” I owned were snug to pull on. The liner is great. I ’ m sure these will be what the doctor ordered for my Winter Adventures. I wear 10. 5 Wide typically. The 11 and Medium width were perfect.

Muck really knocked it out of the park with this boot. The fit is great, but the function is top shelf! If you ’ re riding in the winter and need a bit of warmth these are the only way to go. I can put my spurs on them. They slide in and out of a stirrup well. I really hope this becomes one of Muck ’s mainstay boots. It ’s really well built and well designed.

My first time wearing them was during a weekend trip to the mountains- had them on my feet all day, wore them around town, and then went on a 3 mile hike through dirt, mud, and some shallow stream. They were extremely comfortable and didn ’ t need any break in, plus they kept my feet dry. All the mud washed off very easily with a light brush and some warm water the next day. They run true to size.

I was in the market for a no lace, low cut outdoor shoe. This Merrell shoe is comfortable and true to size. It is said to be waterproof, but I have not been able to test that out yet. Build quality appears to be excellent. I like the ease of putting on the shoe. The bottom tread is an upgrade to my older Merrell shoes of a similar style.

Incredibly comfortable right out of the box. The fit is right on so if you plan to wear heavier socks you might want to go up 1/2 a size but I 'd rather them be tighter so going my size has worked out well.

I like these boots. They are comfortable- I have a wide foot and a high arch; these boots have a wide toe box and a good footbed. No walking fatigue or foot discomfort. They are not insulated, so don ’ t expect a go to winter boot for long days outside, but great for slushy days and the office. 4 months in I see no quality issues, no water intrusion- granted I have not fully submersed them in water, but no problems for daily Michigan winter use. FYI, I sized up to 11, usually a 10. 5 in length, but most footwear is a touch narrow for me-

I wear these shoes to work every day and everywhere. Tough as nails and looks great even beat up. I never complain about foot pain anymore with these. The soles are so tough and the wear is minimal. The leather does wear out after a while meaning a looser fit but the hide hold up. I 'm on my 3 or 4th pair.

So good... so far! True test will be in the winter. They 're very comfortable indeed. This is my 1st pair of Carhartt boots, I 've heard good things about the quality being better than Keen& Merrill to which I 've bought before& have n't lasted long. Fingers crossed& expectations are high these will last longer than the others. If so I 'll be buying Carhartt boots from here on out!

Solid boot. I work in natural gas and am outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. Snow in Idaho and rain over in Oregon and Washington They 've been great for driving, job site and walking around, and the waterproofing is top notch. I 've ridden the Harley a couple times with them in and the met guard is no good for that, protects your foot too much to have good connection with the shifter, but for work, these are great.
