I bought this product to foam roll my calves and hamstrings as I find this awkward with a regular roller. I ’ m happy to say it ’s much easier to use and seems effective. The knobs on the handles are treat for trigger pointing any hot spots. I like that I can use this roller while sitting in a chair so it ’s great for when I ’ m working. It ’s very easy to adjust the intensity just by pushing more or less with your arms, so you can have as firm or light massage as you want.

We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit.
