I had seriously injured my leg 2 months ago and my physical therapist suggested I buy Asics, which I did. I 've ALWAYS been a Nike fan though but she said the soles were n't stiff enough. `` One '' of the multiple injuries was a badly broken toe which ca n't be fixed bc its too late. It will take a year to heal, I 'm told. In the meantime, every shoe I 've worn, causes pain... until these!!! I 'm SO happy. [ Could not get these out of the box soon enough! Took them for a quick run and was super impressed-- they feel light and propulsive. I felt like I was moving at a good clip with very little effort. The shoes fit like a glove, go on super easy and feel almost like a spike or sock in that they 're very trim to my foot. I 've previously done some demo runs in the v4s and felt like in comparison, the v5s are lighter and more comfortable. I am also obsessed with the color way, and though I was very excited for the black and white(+ red logo) color way debuted by some elites earlier this year, the red and white(+ black logo) is growing on me. My preferred racing shoe as of late has been the NB FuelCell SuperComp Trainers( v3) but I am very much looking forward to upgrading to the SC Elite v5s in the near future. The one thing that is going to take some getting used to is the platform is definitely thinner than the v4s, and much thinner than the SC Trainers, so I did feel a little less stable than preferred but I imagine this is comparable to other plated shoes on the market and also think my foot is a bit on the wider side so others might not share this experience.

TL; DR- This shoe is one of the best daily trainers you can get on the market in 2026. Extremely versatile and very competitively priced for what you get. A perfect training companion for putting in the mile, gym work, or travel. Have already put this shoe through a few different of runs. From easy jogs to faster tempos/strides down to 5: 30min/mi pace. These shoes can keep up with it all. I love the foam they 've used with this Azura. I find it `` bouncey '' without feeling like you 're sinking into the foam. I also appreciate there's no plate in it which I 've always found firms up the ride a little too much at times. Overall, I love this shoe and it's a perfect replacement as I 'm retiring my well worn endorphin speeds for putting in my daily miles. I also appreciate that there's plenty of colors to choose from for what fits your fashion and style. Makes it for a great `` travel '' shoe if you can only pair of athletic shoes. Fit- wise, I got it true- to- size. Keep in mind, most running shoes you should at least half size up from your regular shoe size( e. g. my foot on a shoe brannock is right on a US Men's 8. 95% of my running shoes including the Azuras are a Men's 8. 5).

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I did have to return the shoes and size up a half size. I have always wore an 8 1/2 since high school, college etc, so I got my normal size. These shoes are kinda narrow, and I have a wide foot, so I need a little extra room. Don ’ t get me wrong the 8 1/2 is a perfect size without socks, but when I put on a Nike sock, the shoes fits tight.

This is my 4 pair of 1080s. I have tried many different running shoes that claim they are good for someone with knee issues, but none has worked as well as right out of the box. I have tried Brooks Ghost, On CLoudmonster and On Cloudsufer Max, Nikes and Asics. They all require a breakin period before they were comfortable.

After a less enjoyable Vaporfly 3, I was ecstatic to try these on and immediately notice the similarities to the Vaporfly 2 which was previously my favorite Nike racings shoe. “ Adding lightness, ” in the words of Lotus, is the best thing you can do whenever you already have an incredible design. Laces have improved slightly, and are still the best on the market; these don ’ t stretch and don ’ t come untied. Durability is always the tradeoff with some foams, and is the only possible criticism of this pair.

Just did my first workout in these, and they were a dream. It was like running on a cloud. They have the bounce of the Alphafly 3 with the slender weightlessness of the Vaporfly 2. There is no crowding of my ankles, which is my main complaint about the Alphafly 3. I foresee my legs recovering really quickly from hard sessions with these.

I like it, usually I wear wide but they did n't make wide for this one and it is good enough room in the toe box. It also gives me a boost on height which is always a plus for someone short. Its a good running shoes and short 40 yard dash runs, probably not a perfect one for long distance like half or full marathons. Shoe laces are secured tightly to the shoes, they do n't come off easy once its tied right. The only negative thing is that the bottom of the shoes can add a rubber type material for stability when its on wet floor.

[ This shoe is very easy to wear. Overall it has the right amount of cushion, flexibility, and durability to feel confident on potentially unstable surfaces. The toe box is wide enough for stability but not so wide the foot slips. The material is breathable yet durable. The heel area is supportive but didn ’ t cause blisters. The design of the outsole is ideal for gripping different types of running surfaces. The tongue does feel and appear bulky at times but doesn ’ t interfere with the functional aspect. Most importantly — the reactx felt soft and comfortable underfoot with a good energy return without compromising stability. The shoe is lightweight. It worked well for the mildly technical trail runs as well as gravel and road surfaces I wore it on. I would, however, be hesitant to wear it for highly technical trails or wet/slushy conditions. This was my first experience with the Pegasus trail and overall it was very positive. I feel confident and natural in the shoes and will be putting more miles in them.

I also pronate slightly when I run, abut the wide stable base on this shoe helped me there as well. They also breathe well, so your feet do n't get way too hot. These kicks are sick! There is a ton of cushion, and the colorway on these specific shoes was very nice. I am not a runner and wear shoes on a casual basis, but I could see that there is a lot of shock absorption. It may take a little bit of practice walking in these shoes due to the thickness and `` springy '' feel on the sole. I would buy these again!

Love the 3s! I 've worn cloudmonsters for years and have really liked all versions- these are no exception. The only thing I would mention is that in 1s I had to get a half size larger than I normally wear in athletic shoes, in the 2s I could stick with my regular size, and in the 3s I have to get the 1/2 size larger again. Other than that I love everything about them!

i just wanted shoes to walk around the neighborhood and not have my feet hurt. wearing these makes me feel like i should be running. i went in and tried on so many pairs of on clouds and these were obviously the best in terms of comfort and cushion. unfortunately also the most expensive, but definitely worth it. my feet feel so light! i found them true to size. between a 7 and 7. 5, got a 7 with zero toe crowding.
