I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. Overall I ’ m satisfied with this purchase and I ’ m glad to have it in my arsenal of Hyperice items.

I bought this product to foam roll my calves and hamstrings as I find this awkward with a regular roller. I ’ m happy to say it ’s much easier to use and seems effective. The knobs on the handles are treat for trigger pointing any hot spots. I like that I can use this roller while sitting in a chair so it ’s great for when I ’ m working. It ’s very easy to adjust the intensity just by pushing more or less with your arms, so you can have as firm or light massage as you want.

So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both.
