I was having a tough day, it was windy and overcast so I put a 1/32 weight in its nose and placed the hook just in front of the fin facing to the tail thinking when a bass ate it I would set the hook in the roof of the mouth. Second cast just hoping it on the bottom like a bait fish feeding and a 2. 5 pound bass ate it. Hook was in the roof of the mouth as I had hoped.

Sonar fishing lures are designed to mimic the movement and appearance of baitfish, making them attractive to predatory fish. They often utilize advanced technology to create vibrations and sounds that can be detected by fish, enhancing their effectiveness. By imitating natural prey, these lures can increase your chances of a successful catch.
Sonar fishing lures are versatile and can be effective for a variety of fish species, including bass, pike, and trout. Their design and movement can attract both freshwater and saltwater fish, making them suitable for different fishing environments. Understanding the target species can help you choose the right lure for your fishing trip.
Sonar fishing lures are typically made from durable materials such as plastic, metal, and rubber. These materials not only contribute to the lure's realistic appearance but also ensure longevity and resilience in various water conditions. The choice of material can affect the lure's buoyancy, action, and overall effectiveness.
The best time to use sonar fishing lures often depends on the season and the behavior of the fish. Many anglers find success using these lures during early morning or late evening when fish are more active. Additionally, they can be particularly effective during spawning seasons when fish are more aggressive in their feeding habits.
Choosing the right sonar fishing lure involves considering factors such as water clarity, depth, and the type of fish you are targeting. It's also important to think about the lure's size, color, and action to match the local baitfish. Experimenting with different lures can help you determine what works best in your fishing environment.
