Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. Long story short, my wife and i walked in to a Dicks looking for a massage hook. Then she noticed and picked up this ball and asked if i 'd seen one like this. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. This is great for the neck or a muscle that is in really bad shape, etc. I think it's a must have for your fitness equipment.
