Sometimes these Winterized/Repel long- sleeve running tops run a size too big, like they ’ re weren ’ t sure if they intended them to be worn as a first or second layer. I ’ m between Men ’s S/M. Small in the DFADV Stride tops because they ’ re huge. This one fits like a first layer, but has juuuuuust enough space if you wanted to wear a single layer under it. Only gripe is that the collar sits a little wonky, unless you have it zipped all the way up.

Just to add context, I wear a size large in sweaters, vests, and jackets. Just to move my arms, I had to get an Extra Large just for it fit like a Large. With morning temps usually in the mid 50's most days I wanted something that was a bit warmer than a short sleeve T but also needed to be visible as I 'm usually running in the city. This shirt is great, love the volt color and the fabric is just a bit thicker/warmer than a typical tech short sleeve T. The thumb holes are perfect for keeping the hands a bit warmer during the first mile or two of warming up or when the wind hits you just a bit too much. I 'm 6' 1- 2/165- 170lb and the standard length medium is a near perfect fit.

[ A really good top for your morning job when it's a little brisk outside. This for the the spring or summer-- in chilly weather but not cold. Can wear just a sports bra or a light tee underneath. Really flattering and form- fitting and the full- zip is super useful to not only take on and off, but also lower if you get a little stuffy. I LOVE the Calia Women ’s Cold Dash 1/4 Zip. I got the black in the medium size. I normally wear a small but the description said it is fitted, which it is, and I didn ’ t want a tight fit. This fits me exactly the way I want it too. It is nicely tailored but not skin tight. I am 5 ’ 6 ” and about 128 pounds. Previously, my favorite athletic 1/4 zip jacket was a black one with a back pocket that holds my phone. I had looked everywhere, unsuccessfully, for another until now. This jacket has a very nicely placed pocket in the back that holds my phone very comfortably during my daily morning 2 to 3 mile walks. The jacket also has reflecting lines on the back that serve their purpose when needed but still look fashionable at all times. I really like the small slit in the sides with the back of it being longer. It just adds some extra detail to it. I am 5 ’ 6 ” 157lbs and I have a medium. [ I love my Nike Therma fit one top. It ’s sleek and sporty and super comfy. The fabric has tons of stretch for comfort and ease during a workout, but is a good thickness( not as thick as a fleece and not as thin as leggings) and matte and therefore very flattering. I had it on during one of those Fall days where you think “ it ’s probably 65 out ” but it ’s really 50 degrees. And I was plenty warm. I like the length of the top- it sits just below the hip. I am 5 ’ 7 ” and a size 8 in clothes and the medium is perfect with a tank top underneath. I love the soft gray color and subtle swoosh on the side( I usually don ’ t go for big logos!). The collar sits nicely upright with it unzipped. Only thing I noticed that I didn ’ t love is the small neck hole. If you have makeup on and a ponytail( and a big head like I do!) it ’s a snug squeeze and you ’ ll either smudge makeup on the inside of the shirt or you ’ ll mess up your hair if you don ’ t carefully pull it on. Otherwise- it ’s an awesome sleek top.

Like the feel of this LS tee. Can use it as a base layer or by itself on cooler days. I personally used it for an outdoor run and felt great. One thing though… while the fabric is intended to wick sweat out, I did notice the tee being soaked so not sure I ’ ll be taking it out for runs again. I got this primarily for motorcycling in colder weather. It works great. I can wear this with my jacket and jacket liner and I do n't have to wear other layers. I 've only used it so far riding in 50 degree weather but it was warm enough I had to turn it down or off. I usually wear a large but wanted it to fit tighter so I got a medium. The medium fits great. I would say the medium fits me perfect where normally I would wear a large t- shirt or long sleeve. Not too tight but not loose.
