[ I 've had dozens of running shoes in the past and this is probably my all time favorite. Springy, light, comfortable. Considerably more lively than my Boston 12s. Probably destined to last a while too based on the Lightstrike Pro shoes I 've had in the past. Upper so comfortable I took it out for an HM for their second run without issue. I have a somewhat wide foot and historically Adidas shoes have needed a little breaking in around the little toe to work for me. Not so on these, but I could see the upper being a bit roomy for those with narrow feet. Great grip from the outsole, as expected for a modern Adidas shoe. If I needed to come up with a complaint, I wish the tongue was gusseted so it did n't move around when I was putting on the shoe.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. Amazing shoe! Best 10k time in 2 years during my first 15k run in them. They are so bouncy and light! I sized up half a size from my normal running shoe size as they are quite snug. I would pick these to run in every time if I had the option!

I usually run on Brooks, still do, but the first time I tried Alpha fly3 on the treadmill in Paragon, I knew they were going home with me. I bought my 2nd pair in 3 weeks! I love it not because it makes me run faster( cuts off 20- 45 seconds/mile) but it really hugs your feet well. No break in period. Truly fits like lotion. I 'm thinking of 3rd pair!
