They are perfect. They were a gift for a UPS worker. He wore them first day back to work. He did n't have to break them in. Perfect fit and comfortable! Awesome Purchase!

[ I work in the food service delivery industry and the ramps can easily ruin the boots in a short span of time. I was able to get 4 months out of my first pair which is considerably good for this type of usage. Very comfortable and definitely stays dry when it ’s wet out. I bought two more pairs so that I can have a backup. Please continue to manufacture this pair of boots.

[ My husband needed a dependable pair of work boots that he could weld in and work in. He says these are the best boots he has put on, and will be the boots he ask me to buy from now on!

[ This is my third pair as I keep wearing out the soles. Great boot, only boot I have found that actually does not slip on my shop floor at work!

I 'm in the water mitigation business. Long hours and lots of demo. Having the comfortable foot support that these boots offer is vital to a productive day. I absolutely love the functionality and aesthetics they offer. Would highly recommend them.

The only complaint, if you can call it one, was that it took a little while to break in, but I wear these every day, even when I do n't need to, they 're that

Awesome boots! They 're surprisingly completely waterproof, breathe well, and keep my feet warm all day while working in snow/slush. The only complaint, if you can call it one, was that it took a little while to break in, but I wear these every day, even when I do n't need to, they 're that comfortable.

These shoes have held up very well. ... They 're also comfortable and do a great job keeping my feet dry. ... However, the sizing, fit, and traction is exactly what you would expect from Carhartt and they did n't let me

Ordered a pair of these on the recommendation of a friend. I can tell you, these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn to work in. Now, just waiting to see how durable they are. If they hold up, this will be my work shoes from now on.

I was a little skeptical purchasing sneakers online without the benefit of trying them on first. However, the sizing, fit, and traction is exactly what you would expect from Carhartt and they did n't let me down. Great purchase. Plus, the name lights up in the dark.

I 'm hard on shoes. Very hard. These shoes have held up very well. They 're also comfortable and do a great job keeping my feet dry. Full disclosure, I had to send the first pair back for a manufacturing defect, but Carhartt handled that well.

The most comfortable shoes I have found to wear all day. And the wash really well. The only negative thing I can say about these shoes is I wish there name was not so large on the shoes.

Great fit, easy on and off but stays put while moving around, these are definitely stretch fit, the laces seem to be decorative in my opinion. Materials seem durable so far, I especially appreciate the extra protection around the `` accidentally kicked a pallet corner '' area. The soles feel like I 'm standing on a fatigue mat even when I 'm not. If I had to complain the outer side of the arch support is very high which has been painful for the first hundred hours or so of wear but it's getting better as it collapses. Overall a much lighter and comfortable alternative to the traditional steel toed work boot.

Third straight pair of Carhartt shoes. Been wearing steel toed/composite toed for the last 40 years. Carhartt are easily the best. Great fit right out of the box and comfortable enough for 12 hour workdays.

I bought these shoes in place of my red wing composite tenis shoe and I have to admit these are by far my new favorite work shoes. the shoes are very comfortable, usually i wear inserts in my shoes because of discomfort during 10hr shifts but not with these. The fit is just about spot on could be a little wider for my feet but now I know for next time. Also half the price of red wing so win win.

Never owned a pair of sneakers style carbon toe shoes. These are awesome. Comfortable and light. Walking the job is a breeze. Happy i pulled the trigger.

I just purchased these sneakers and I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are. I have never had any safety toe shoe or boot be this comfortable. I also like the fact that you can slip them on and off without having to tie and untie them every time, which is super convenient for the application for where I am wearing them. When I first got them out of the box they felt heavy but when they are on your feet they are not heavy at all but like wearing regular sneakers with the benefit of the safety toe. I am more than pleased with the purchase of these shoes and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a safety toe shoe in their work application especially if you do a lot of walking and comfort is something you are also looking for.

Great boot. Fits well, good arch support, comfortable. Ca n't speak to durability yet, as I 've not had them long enough, but they seem very well made and I expect them to last. When they do wear out, I 'll be looking for another pair.

After lots of research I bought these boots for work. I manage small business with a machine and fabrication shop. I work in and out of the office and shop. I needed something that was n't big and clunky, but still protective. Also something that is good for standing on concrete. I have a little consistent knee pain, and wearing these boots helped reduce my pain. I really do n't have any complaints about these boots. Probably my favorite steel toe work boots that I have had.

Excellent quality boots with a steel toe and solid stitching. Would purchase these again.

This is the second pair of carhartt boots I 've purchased. And I 'm liking these boots more than the first. They are super lightweight and equally as comfortable. I have n't had long enough to speak on the durability of this style but if they are like the rest of the carhartt brand I 'm sure I 'll be happy in the long term!

I bought these boots 6 months ago, and they are still going strong on 12 hour work days! Had a flood at work yesterday, everyone was complaining how their feet were soaked and frozen. So glad I spent the money on these waterproof boots because my feet were toasty and dry. Only thing I would change is to add a rubber toe guard, the leather wears down after repeated pallet kicking haha.

I 've had these boots about a month and my first use was in the desert for a work assignment. They did not need to be broken in and took great care of my feet in very rough terrain. They are comfortable and have kept my feet dry when working in rain. I have had no issues with them at all.

I have recently made a choice to try to purchase whatever I can from American Made Manufacturers. The quality of the goods are usually better, the price is usually a little higher. I 'm wearing safety shoes since 1992. Two years ago I decide it to buy KEEN so happy I did. from the first day it felt like I have this shoes for a month already unbelievable, So about month ago I purchased an other pair and same feeling. AWESOME. BEST SAFETY SHOES EVER. THANK YOU.

What a great shoe it was hard to decide to try another shoe when I have been through so many other Keen Detroit's. But I 'm so glad I did and I really wanted a lighter shoe to walk the warehouse in out on the concrete floors. I even did the recommended size charge which was a little under what size I normally wear and it fits great. Just as comfortable as my other Keen's once I broke them in for a few days. I will defiantly purchase them again!

Very comfortable and light. Thought the San Antonio ’s were good. These are an upgrade from those. Really have never had a bad pair of Keen safety toes.
When selecting the best construction shoes, consider features such as safety toe protection, slip resistance, and waterproof materials. Additionally, look for shoes with good cushioning and support to ensure comfort during long hours on the job. Insulation may also be important if you work in colder environments.
To find the right fit for construction shoes, it's essential to measure your foot size accurately and consider the type of socks you will wear. Ensure there is enough room in the toe box and that the heel fits snugly to prevent slipping. Trying on shoes at the end of the day can also help, as feet tend to swell slightly during the day.
Construction shoes are typically made from durable materials such as leather, synthetic fabrics, and rubber. Leather offers excellent durability and protection, while synthetic materials can provide lightweight and breathable options. Rubber outsoles are often used for their slip-resistant properties, enhancing safety on various surfaces.
Insulated construction shoes can be crucial for outdoor work in cold weather, as they help keep your feet warm and comfortable. If you work in environments where temperatures drop significantly, insulated options can prevent discomfort and potential health issues. However, if you work in warmer climates, lightweight and breathable shoes may be more suitable.
Steel toe construction shoes provide robust protection with a steel cap that can withstand heavy impacts, making them ideal for high-risk environments. Composite toe shoes, on the other hand, use materials like Kevlar or carbon fiber, offering a lighter alternative that is also non-metallic, which can be beneficial in certain workplaces. Both options provide safety, but the choice depends on your specific work conditions and preferences.
To ensure the durability of your construction shoes, choose high-quality materials and reputable brands known for their craftsmanship. Regularly inspect your shoes for signs of wear and tear, and clean them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Proper storage and avoiding exposure to harsh conditions when not in use can also extend their lifespan.
