Well this jacket has been a lifesaver, got me through- 20F weather with no problem, it blocks the wind and moisture. The pockets at mid level, that are fleece lined, are a blessing. For reference I am W; 5'11, 145lbs, and purchased in size Medium. I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada, and it gets down below- 20C routinely. I have had this jacket for a year now and could not be happier. As someone tall and with long arms, this jacket is a dream! Every time I slip it on I feel like it was made for me, the fit is that perfect. The adjustable drawstring at the waist and knees ensures that no wind is going up your back, but i still have room to layer a sweater underneath. This parka is also super toasty and does a good job of being wind resistant. The hood is also one of the best I have ever had. It offers the same insulation as the rest of the jacket, and when you tighten the drawstring it's then shaped perfectly to your head. No matter how windy or stormy the hood stays in place. As someone who used to dread winter because I was always cold/uncomfortable, upgrading to a quality parka that actually reaches all the way to my knees has been such a game changer. I guess it's true what they say, there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad outfits. I would purchase this product again and again. Please never change the fit or the quality!

I bought this coat when I moved to one of the coldest cities in the US( Duluth). To those who think this coat is not warm enough… that is utter nonsense. If it is above 20F(- 5C) I literally sweat in this coat, even just wearing a t shirt underneath. I have worn it to walk my dogs for over an hour in- 40F windchill and still felt warm. I would say if you don ’ t live somewhere very very cold, this coat may too warm for you. The red color is eye- catching, and it's incredibly comfortable and flexible, not stiff or heavy even in the coldest temperatures. Living in the Northeast, I 'm often outside in freezing weather, and this jacket keeps me warm without feeling bulky. After a couple of years, it still looks great, and I get tons of compliments on it. It's easy to care for too: I wash it on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air fluff it on low heat, and it comes out looking like new. Definitely a five- star product!

I needed a fully waterproof jacket that was lightweight and gave lots of coverage for long dog walks. This is a good one which goes to mid thigh on me( 5' 2 '') with the rounded swoop in the back that looks a bit stylish. The hood is adjustable so it stays put and the collar gives lots of coverage as do the longer sleeves which can cover my hands or adjust with velcro at the wrist and the zippers are waterproof. [ This jacket is a great all around windbreaker. The fit is oversized and can fit over a lot of layers+ allows a full range of motion. The snaps and zipper are solid. Arms are about average length/what you ’ d expect. The color is a great vibrant green. As to this jacket ’s waterproof- ness I would probably suggest something billed as an actual rain jacket. I think this one could stand up to a drizzle to light rain for a set amount of time, but wouldn ’ t be what I grabbed in anything more. I gave the jacket five stars because I was looking for a windbreaker and this fits the bill.

Well worth the money purchasing but luckily I got mine on sale just before the temperatures dropped and bad weather in eastern Canada. Most times I do not layer but on super cold days I do have a layer beneath and so warm. Extremely breathable. This coat is warm! I 'm in northeastern ohio and this will be good for the colder days of winter and for skiing. I actually got too hot while wearing it in the grocery store. I like the color and the overall look. The sleeves are much too long for me( I can often wear petite), but at the same time I had to go to a size for it to fit my hips. So, this is all to say that I wish it was smaller on top and bigger on bottom rather than a straight fit.

[ This coat is extremely nice. It is heavy and even the arms seem insulated enough which you sometimes do n't see. It is a lot nicer than my previous coat from a different outdoor retailer. The sleeves are kind of small compared to my last jacket but I think it is due to the insulation and it is not uncomforable. In fact I feel more mobile in this jacket than my last. I am 5' 5 and it is pretty long but that is okay, I want to stay warm so long is what I want. It does n't seem to restrict movement. Two things about the shape are odd but not dealbreakers. The hood w/ the fur on is really large and flops over into my face even though I have a large head. I like that it will keep me warm that way but it is n't great visibilty. The in line pockets are weird! The angle is hard to get your hands into and I definintely would n't carry things in them. They need to be angled a little for more comfort and function. The good news is on top of those there are functional pockets with flaps that snap so you can still put your phone and keys safely in. I usually wear between a large and xl and so I got the xl and I am glad I did for layering purposes.

I wore this coat nearly every day over the past winter. I live in the Rockies near Aspen, and it kept me protected from the wind and very warm even on frequent, negative- temp days. The hood is large and fits easily over a beanie without my having to shrug my shoulders to keep it on. Bottom hem hits below my knees( I 'm 5' 5 ''), and zips up easily over my big booty and thighs! Quality zipper. Sleeves are a good length. Large pockets that can fit my hands, phone, whatever else; there's an inside chest pocket as well. The material is soft and matte black, no shine and no crinkly noise when I move. Due to the nice texture of the material, though, there is consistently dog hair clinging to it, lol. A crappy lint roller can get that job done just fine. Dust brushes off easily, so I rarely need to spot clean. Highly, highly recommend.
