[ Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ’s are currently my favorite Sneakers! I have more than a few colorways. So when I found out that Nike was coming out with a Roam Winterized version I was super excited to see what the silhouette would look like. These do not disappoint! They have the same great fit and feel of the regular Vomero 5 ’s. Very comfortable and super easy to slide on and go. I really like that the laces just have to be tightened and clipped. The materials would be comparable to almost like a rain coat vibe, allowing the outdoor elements to just slide off. The rubber mudguard adds a rain boot aspect without being an actual boot. I ’ m a big fan of a chunky midsole; and the bright yellow on the sole adds a nice pop of color breaking up the neutrality of this colorway. These do feel slightly heavier but not enough to notice as the day goes on. 10/10!!

I ’ ve never worn shoes with such fabric features before, and they really enhance my outfits. Since I ’ ve been wearing a lot of cargo pants lately, and these sneakers help elevate my entire look.** What I Liked Most.** One of my favorite features is the shoelaces. Our temp here in the PNW doesn ’ t get too low( lowest around 20 degrees), so I can ’ t vouch for how it would do in the single digits. They fit true to size. They are a bit stiff in the ankles the 1st day of wear, but still comfy. I have the adult version& love how cozy& comfortable they are for hiking in the snow or cold rain. I ’ m on my second Canadian winter with these. Very warm, very comfortable. They ’ re tall, almost up to my knee, and fit snug around my leg( though not “ tight ”) so as not to have huge gaps where snow can get in. The Vibram Ice sole works — good traction on slippery surfaces. Note, however, these boots are not light, nor are they flexible like cheap boots — there ’ ll be no trips strolling in the mall with these. These are serious boots for serious cold.

I have a high instep and I ’ m 11. 5 so I always get a 12. Several companies have stopped offering a women ’s 12. Columbia, please keep size 12 available. Women with large feet want warm, comfortable and stylish boots! I love these boots. I have a struggle getting my right boot on due to my high arch. My left one is no problem. I usually buy a medium width and that ’s what I purchased with this boot!

These boots are still new but I want to share my experience with you. They are warm but breathable and never too warm. My feet stay dry and odor free. There was never an uncomfortable moment. My feet in socks did not slip in the boots at all, yet they were easy to pull on and off. I did not lose my footing on any surface. The upper looks like expensive suede that requires some care, but it has been carefree.
