I went with the 16kgs weight first it was perfect for me. I ’ m male 5 ’ 10 ” 180lbs new to using these weights. It was very challenging at first but after a hand full of of sessions I got the technique and felt comfortable at this weight. It ’s still heavy enough for me. I have toyed with getting next size up but this 16kg weight still is enough when I look at the price for the next size. So far no rust, I have had it for 5 months and really like it. I like the handle size, I usually wear a large size glove, and I have yet to drop it when sweaty.

The cuffs are comfortable around the wrist. The leather is soft so they didn ’ t require much break in period than my old ones. Would caution they aren ’ t great for smaller wrists since the cushion cuff can only be sized down so far.

I bought this bar online through the store having gone there to make the purchase but it was n't a stocked item. Packed securely and shipped quickly, it arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. It's well made and just what I needed. Two issues- one, as another reviewer commented, the bar comes with what I assume is an anti- rust coating that's a little messy to remove. It would be nice if some instructions came for that. Maybe there were and I just did n't see them. And two- the clerk who took the order told me my email address would be used only to communicate regarding the order. Now a day does n't pass without multiple emails from Dick's and they drive me nuts. I 've gone through the unsubscribe process twice to no avail.

I bought these for my fiance( 42 male) because he wanted weightlifting gloves that were not fingerless and these were the only ones I could find, he absolutely loves them. All the padding is in the perfect places, including in each knuckle of each finger, and there are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger. He normally wears a M in other gloves but wanted them to be a little tighter, so I ordered a S and they fit perfectly. He's only had them for about 2 months but they get almost daily use and are holding up well so far.

I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.

Dicks over price these gloves. They are$ 44 on here but on Amazon they are$ 28. works out my upper body quite well and the dipped end type handles are very comfortable, and sturdy. If those handles come off you either got to be chewing on them in your sleep or someones messing with your equipment. These types of handles do n't just slip on and off easy. Of course I know not to use these ropes also on abrasive surfaces like street asphalt or heavy rock gravel conditions. to do so is absurd to say the least. this is an awesome piece of equipment

I thought I was in pretty good shape until I tried this workout. My gym recently added this to their equipment and it is amazing. I have replaced one workout a week with the workout book included with this kit. It provides cardio, strength and endurance training all at once. When done properly, including the `` active rest '' excercies between sets, this has limitless potential. You get full range of motion and you are only limited by your effort. The rope will wear out over time and the ends will require re- taping or dipping in plastic but the benefits will outweigh any maintenance issues that arise from usage. My workouts have evolved into heavier weights and I realized I needed workout gloves. I tried other brands, but they had seams in the top of my palm that I know would hurt my grip. However, these Bionic Women's BeastMode Gloves gloves fit well, with padding where it was needed, but not so much that it effects my feel. They also offered a smooth grip without seams. And they look good!

I was able to do my first free pull- up with these gloves and have been lifting heavier with them. I was wary of using a full- finger glove because I had never trained in them. I was a bit concerned about sizing. I measured at the high end for medium but decided not to go for a large because I 'd rather have them be a bit snug. I 'm glad I got the medium because the large would have been too large in the fingers. As for the wrist strap, I have pretty small wrists but there was no way I was getting these to close all the way, and partially closed the velcro rubbed against my skin. I just tucked the loose bit under and problem solved, no rubbing, and because it was snug to begin with it stayed in place. I definitely think these will keep my hands from getting torn up as I advance to heavier weights( which is why I got them to begin with). They washed well( in a mesh bag on delicate cycle) but I think I 'll turn them inside out next time because there were a lot of loose little black threads that came off on my hands after the first use( probably just cause they 're new). They seem like they 'll hold up one time but it's too soon to tell.

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. It is n't the cheapest wall ball out there but I 've learned you get what you pay for. I 've been using it for a couple of months with no problems so far!

I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I 've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.
