I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The resistance feels smooth when adjusting, though I ’ ll admit the lowest level is a little tougher than I expected. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Very good bike at a good price! The compact profile makes it easy to fit into a room, and it also fit my 6 ft. 2 body! I would have easily given it 5 stars if it had a more comfortable seat. Yet, I 'll note that I 'm 71 years old, and at 55 I would have had no issue with the seat. Easy to put together, though it will take a little time. All parts fit very well! I would recommend it!

The flywheel is smooth and the magnetic resistance is easy to operate enabling non jerky resistance changes. This is a great trainer. It is made in the USA and the build quality is outstanding. Add to that, the unit is designed to be easy to assemble and simple to use. Clamping the bike in to the unit is a simple one motion process and the bike is firmly held. The wheel tension knob is genius! Just turn it until it clicks and you have the correct pressure on your tire. I have owned other fluid trainers, but this has to be the smoothest and most consistent I have ever used. It truly provides linear resistance that gets more challenging as your speed increases. I have not tried it with the Saris training tire yet, but the noise level with a standard road tire was minimal. The included speed sensor works well and paired immediately with the Rouvy app on my iPhone. I did have some issues mounting the sensor because the inside width of my rear hub is pretty narrow. Once I figured out how to best mount it on my wheel, I had no issues.

This is a much sturdier piece of equipment than expected and very comfortable to use. And these cords are not just for looks, Folks. They provide a surprisingly good workout. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees. Treadmill is hard on my knees. So I decided to try this under the desk elliptical. I love it. I use it while watching TV. Have no problems with it sliding on the floor with or without carpet. It's very quiet. There's nothing that I do n't like about it. I definitely recommend it.
