We absolutely love this bag as our personal item( as long as it's not overstuffed, it fits easily under the seat) to bring our toddler's plane snacks, toys, tablet, and other travel essentials along with a smattering of items we want to keep on us instead of checking through. [ This sling is the raddest for travel. I ’ m a wilderness guide and I have to pack in all carry ons so the more I can pack onto a flight, the better. My travel hack is to wear this under my jacket but sling it to the side opposite the flight attendant when boarding and it works every time so I can have a backpack and duffel. This bag is great and a level up from a duffle bag I ’ ve been using for years from another brand. I love all the pockets and how everything stays organized. My friend has the same style bag but the smaller version, we both have experienced a hitch on the zipper on the top right side of the bag. It must be close to where some strong seams come together on the inside of the bag, it makes it difficult to open/close in that one spot every time- even if the pack isn ’ t super full. That is my only complaint, and it ’s just a small design flaw, otherwise a great bag.

Still getting used to it but currently on a trip in Italy with this backpack. At first it seems like you need to lay it flat to access or put away anything. However, when on the go, you can just open the zippers on the top to access the different departments, and by only opening the zipper on the top, I was able to create another pocket and start using it like a normal backpack, just throwing things in there instead of opening another zipper. All in all really nice quality. I picked the option where they just give you any color and I ’ m really pleased with it. Fits Norse Atlantic Airways personal size dimensions( and Ryanair too, though I haven ’ t been on that flight yet).

This is a great pack for both car and airline travel. I pack smart with packing compressors packing cubes but I wouldn ’ t say I pack light and I had plenty of space. The waist belt allows me to comfortably carry this pack through the airport. The straps stow easily and it fits in the overhead bin.

I do have one little gripe( not with the bag, but the packaging) You guys wrap all of the zippers in tape and paper, I 'm assuming to protect them from getting scratched. Do you know when it will absolutely get scratched? When I 'm trying to cut the tape off. Let them be free! Anyway, I love this design. Could be a duffle, could be a backpack, nice separations for travel. Great personal bag for an airplane. It looks slick. More comfortable of a backpack than the basecamp duffle for sure. [ I have been using the dry bag for my sleeping bag for a little while now and I really like it. The compression is superior to the stuff sack my North Face One Bag came with so it takes up less room in my pack. It is also water resistant so I 'm able to keep my sleeping bag dry and therefore warm and safe. I then bought a larger bag to also keep a spare base layer in so I 'm always sleeping in the driest system possible. This spring has been vey wet so it's been extremely important I keep my gear dry. I feel confident hiking without a pack liner thanks to this dry bag. One tip I recommend is folding the opening back one fold as you store your contents as the lip of the bag has a tendency to bind on what you 're putting in the bag. Once I learned that I felt I was getting the maximum benefit from the dry bag. I also can not say enough good things about how easy it is to compress. This is one of the best pieces of gear I own.

I 've gotten to take it out both XC skiing and on some winter hikes and it's the perfect size for an extra layer, snacks, first aid kit, and any other gear you might need on the trail. [ My new ULA backpack does n't have any zipped pockets, so having several of these colored dry bags allows me to organize my gear in a way to easily identify where my gear is! Highly recommend them for any type of storage!

[ dry bag seems to be of good quality. have not used it yet but I will leave addition information after that. the weight is good and better than what i used in the past for kayaking.
