I have POTS, and these compression shorts work great under jeans or sweatpants. The short inseam means I can also wear them under shorts or dresses, and they 're thin enough that they do n't feel bulky. I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. I ’ m a PT and avid runner. Been working out for 25 years and running for 17. My holy grail shoes/ clothing and items which ultimately can work well for both gym and running. These shorts have to be my favourite item in years as a result. For running the cut, liner, length and pockets are fantastic. Comfortable with great storage.
