I like these shorts more than I like most lined running shorts. They are light are breezy. I changed into them after a day at the beach and they were more comfortable than my swim trunks. The waistband is the best part for me because it does n't dig in or roll over on itself. the shorts are pretty thin but even with my phone and wallet in my pocket I did n't get that weird thing where the pocket drops below the hem of the shorts. So that's a big plus for me. Planning on buying my colors.

I had to cinch up the original to keep them up but the XS was too tight in the butt. The 2. 0 size small fit is much better. They are pricey, but last a long time. They feature two side pockets which work well for keys or a wallet when using casually, but I wouldn ’ t using them for anything valuable while running. There is a zip close back pocket that is large enough for your phone but not too big to where it will bounce around. I have worn these with leggings underneath and on their own and had no issues with chafing or hot spots. The drawcord allows a custom fit and stays tied even during my longest runs( 10+ miles). I ordered a 2XL as I like extra room for moving but they 're actually a shade neater than a few other pairs of Nike shorts I wear to the gym but I 'd still say they run true to size.
