[ Put these on as soon as they arrived and wow. Definitely recommend thinner socks, but I wore them out to the gym, grocery shopping, to the movies and no complaints, really good heel support. They also pair well with different outfits which can be difficult depending the silhouette. The GORE- TEX material also stood up to the puddles and trenches of a trail walk after a day of rain.

As the weather gets cooler and wetter, it ’s very important to have proper footwear that will allow you to get through your exercise comfortably and confidently! This waterproof shoe also allows me to run as long as I want without stopping due to the elements. It honestly just feels a little big in the heel area; my toes were in a good spot in the shoe. I love the reflective piece! Tried ordering these shoes directly from Oncloud. They ended up sending me a completely different shoe in size 9. They ’ re lightweight but have plenty of cushioning to make them comfortable to wear for extended periods and an array of activities. I live in a cold and icy place. I was needing a boot that I did n't need to lace up, kept my toes a bit more warm, and had traction. This boot is that! I previously was wearing my blundstones but on- 20 F nights I just was n't having it anymore! I 've now been wearing these Bogs for a few weeks and in( almost) all sorts of condition. They were definitely a bit stiff the first 2 weeks I 'd say. But now my foot easily slips in and out of the shoe. I noticed a little bit of rubbing on my ankle in those first two weeks but that has gone away. I have high arches and usually put some inserts into my shoes. I tried that for a bit with these and found it to be a little tight. They are comfortable without the inserts but I might try again in the future once they are completely broken in. Overall, happy with my purchase! I have only kind of slipped on the ice once- which is great great improvement from before! Woohoo!

Now; I can not speak to any other reason for purchase BUT if you ’ re a Dog Momma like me, and sometimes you have to walk them on a leash, in the woods, first thing in the morning, these are the answer. I keep them by the door and I ’ ve rigged the laces so they just slip on and out we go! I usta use the Out& About ’s for such but Sorel ’s quality feel off on my last pair of Out& About ’s and I never went back. BUT that ’s because I purchased my first pair of Out& About ’s YEARS AGO, and I ’ d donate them and buy a new pair every year UNTIL the rubber on top of the toes gave way after only ONE MONTH!! After that, I ’ ve never gone back, but that was also the year Sorel started manufacturing their shoes in some 3rd Country. I can ’ t remember which right now but I DISTINCTLY recall reading it in the label.

I am very impressed with this shoe. I live a very cold, snowy climate and we had a surprise early snow and my boots were still in storage from a move. I hiked through deep snow in these for over an hour and my feet stayed perfectly warm and dry. I bought these as a winter work( indoor) shoe and never expected they would be such a high performing outdoor shoe as well. I will be buying more in the future.

Although I had to size up b/c I need wide. I wish more shoe mfg ’ rs would make wide width. I needed a pair of shoes that my feet didn ’ t get wet. Exactly what I was looking for! I ’ ve worn them two days in a row. The first night, was for an event I was volunteering. I thought I was going to have sore feel. Thai is not the case at all with these shoes. They are very comfortable from the get go! I have yet to experience wearing them in the rain to test the waterproof, but I ’ m not too worried about it. Something spilled on it and it beaded up and wiped clean. I high sly recommend them. They ’ re really cute on!

These shoes are comfy and look cute in yoga pants and jeans. I was looking for a winter boot to be able to easily slip on and off. I keep the laces very loose and can slip my feet in without any effort. Laces can be easy tightened if you prefer. Sometimes sorel run small, I am usually a 7 and got a 7. 5 and it fits perfect.

These are so comfortable. They feel like your best moccasin, but firmer for walking on cold cement in the winter/fall weather. I got these online last week and wore them on Saturday night. I felt like Elaine from Seinfeld... these soft suede shoes are light but supportive. The ankles are comfortable too! A winner all the way around! All black with a black sole too, so they look like boots, but feel much more comfortable! I bought some Teva boots like this last year and gave them away after one wear. The black Merrill Mid Wrapt Barefoot Hiking Boot is great. I wear an 8 in most shoes, but I use orthotics because of my high instep arches, so I went one size larger and with my black Thorlo roll top socks they are very comfortable and fit perfect. I have arthritis in both knees so I needed a flat sole like a tennis shoe. These barefoot waterproof hiking boots are great and keep your feet warm. My boots took me out to a formal dress dinner restaurant. My attire was black velvet and the black wrapt boots looked very high fashion and upscale haute couture. Bought for my wife. She ordered one size bigger so she would have a roomier fit for winter and cold weather use. The boots look great and the size up did n't affect how they wear while walking around in them.

Bought this Chelsea boot to wear around NYC around Christmas( and light hiking in parks) with some ice and light snowfall on ground- super flexible, water proof, my wide high arch bunion feet are happy with no break in period.
