Ever see the character, Tigger, from the Winnie the Pooh stories? He literally bounces with every step! That ’s how you will feel with these shoes. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

I am so glad Sorel got it right this go around with this version of the sneaker. The prior versions had this strange intense curve in the toe portion( perhaps that was designed to repel water during steps?) compared to an older model that is no longer available. The toe box is roomy too and the waterproof feature is great for both PNW rainy days and wet days here in the Midwest. My only criticism would be they are quite flat/smooth on the bottom so watch out for ice.

It fit prefectly! The cushion is nice and comfortable. It was breathable even for a long run or walks. I tried it on dirt and the grip is amazing. Never had a problem that I might slide as it was slippery every where due to the hurricane. The material used for thus shoe is top notch. [ I ’ ve been seeking for a pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in long distance, can maintain its support, and ultimately be my go- to walking shoes for the 1+ hr daily walks with my dog. I ’ m usually splitting my time between three different pairs of shoes for these daily walks- leather Jordans for when it ’s slightly wet outside, rain boots when it ’s really wet, and knitted running shoes for the nicer days in case we want to jog at any point during the walk. Because the Gore- Tex is versatile, it was able to address all three case needs and I have been wearing it every day for the past two weeks since I got them. The inside is not as soft like some other shoes but it ’s also not too hard like walking on the cement directly. There is a slight bounce that gives me comfort in knowing that the shoe is absorbing some shock from my footsteps and when I found myself at the beach with them on, I was pleasantly surprised that water and sand did not seep into the front of shoes like it normally would ’ ve with the knits( mind that I didn ’ t walk into the ocean with them on and am referring to an occasional splash while walking on the shore). As for the design, I thought that the little weather icons on the shoelaces was a cute yet settled detail. I was worried that shoes like this would make my feet look clunky, but it ’s giving more of the contemporary fashion with an edge of construction workwear. Highly recommend them for a daily wear! I have yet to test them in arduous hiking or heavy downpours but my impression is that these will satisfy my daily walking needs longer than most other shoes.

This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I 've bought a few different salomon hiking boots over the years and you ca n't go wrong if you are a day hiker with these they are agile and do n't slip dry or wet they get the job done and protect your feet in every situation. Excellent boots for summer to fall hiking that will last.

Seem to be waterproof and they are very comfortable. They do not squeak like my last pair of On so that is a big plug! Able to wear them traveling all day and be comfortable but they do make my feet sweat a lot. The green color is nice but impossible to keep clean. I bought this boot about a month ago to replace a previous model I had from Salomon. It was the closest to the Vaya. Feel is great overall, however the size is about 1/2 size too small. These are very comfortable. It does feel like you are walking on air. There is n't any harsh shock to the foot when moving in these shoes. The toe box on the men's shoe is better fitting than the women's shoe. This is narrower and fits me much better. Nothing rubs at the arch. I recommend these. The waterproof Gore- Tex is great to keep one's socks and feet totally dry. The only thing I do n't like is the looks of the trim they put on the Pegasus 41 around the toe box. Yet, it does n't affect the shoe itself.

I purchased these in Sea Salt color because I needed a good waterproof sneaker that is a neutral color for my trip to the UK. They were a little heavier than I expected but was very comfortable wearing them all day especially since I did a lot of walking there in Europe. I wear a size 7 and purchased my normal size. These definitely kept my feet warm and dry during the rainy days in the UK.

They are so comfortable and very European looking! I can ’ t get over how cute the pink accents are, truly feminine. I usually wear size 8. 5 or 9 and I could have easily sized down to an 8. I have average feet, not narrow and they are like wearing clouds. Highly recommend!
