This is a great quality goal, and very easy to adjust. I had one minor issue, which could have easily been considered my fault, but customer service was outstanding and resolved it right away. Very satisfied.

My sales associate was excellent to work with and she took very good care of me and addressed the problem in a cost- effective manner. Not to mention she was easy to talk with as well.

my twin grandsons love and really look forward to coming over and shooting hoops with their `` pappa ''. We really love the adjustable height feature because it makes it easier for them to make baskets( they are 5). They were really disappointed when it was damaged.

During the COVID crisis my son has been relying on running and playing basketball in the driveway to keep himself active, fit and quite frankly sane. A recent tropical storm passed close by and even though we secured it the hoop and stand blew over bending a few parts. I E- mailed to lifetime to ask about purchasing new parts and they sent them to me without charge!!! Now thats service. There is one high school boy who is much happier in this mess of Covid.

This product has been a lifesaver over the last few months. My family and I have enjoyed the time we 've been able to spend shooting hoops together and other neighborhood families have been using it too. When I needed a replacement part, the customer service team was incredibly accommodating in sending me out a part immediately even though I was more than prepared to have to pay for the part. The rep really made my day. Thanks!

Overall, just a great basketball goal

5 Sassabea
We bought this for our kids this past Easter. They have been asking for one for quite awhile. We were never interested in purchasing a basketball standard that required us putting it in a hole then filling with concrete. When we moved into our current home we had the perfect spot to put it and a nice sized driveway. Previous mobile hoops we 've used never felt secure. The back board and rim would shake excessively after every shot. This hoop is nothing like that. It's balanced well and very solid. I love the ease of raising and lowering the hoop. I grew up using the end of a broom stick so this is a wonderful feature. Assembly does require at least 2 people. Follow the instructions and it will go together well. Very satisfied with our purchase.

5 J Gold
I 'm very happy with the basketball hoop, but so much more happy with the Lifetime Customer service. Great policies, great people, and great products. Thank you so much for helping me with the replacement parts that went astray in our move!

5 VeryHappyCustomer
I really loved the detail of the instructions during assembly! Each section had its own bag of bolts, washers, nuts, etc. I ’ d recommend opening one bag at a time for the section you ’ re working on instead of opening everything at once. I assembled it alone in about 5 hours, however I read over each section several times before starting because I want to be detailed as possible and not make any mistakes that I would have to undo later, lol. Be sure you have a power drill with a Phillips head for the screws going in the plastic frames on the backboard. Don ’ t really understand the negative reviews? This was purchased for my 6 year old son who wants to learn and start playing basketball. The rim height adjustment is great, currently it ’s set at 8 feet for him. As he grows I can raise the rim higher. Goal rolls easily on it ’s 2 wheels when moving. Overall I ’ m very happy with this purchase!

Great hoop. Sturdy. Ive had it for a year now. My 5 year loves playing on it and so do i! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good hoop that doesnt shake.

I just set it up last week and I love it. I installed it myself, but digging the hole was not fun. It is a very solid system and I notice very little vibration. Just a note you need at least 3 adults to lift and install the backboard, it weighs a ton!

I have wasted to much time on researching in ground hoops. Anyhow this on sale at$ 799 was was a trigger puller for me... even though I was set on getting a 72 ''. Good enough in all aspects and should last a decade. Do the install yourself and take your time. Easy peasy. This at full price is no deal and one should at that point spring a little extra and go with the 72 ''. Just my 2 cents.

Great hoop. Free install sale on right now in store with free pole pad, amazing deal. Ended up negotiating to get it for 1, 119 in all with everything but tax. Install is quick and easy and its a rock hard goal. Would recommend to everyone in the whole world.

Recently purchased this hoop as a gift for my 11 yr old daughter who plays CYO basketball. After a few days of online research and store visits I was confident this model was the correct setup for her needs and our budget for a portable hoop system. The main features that sold me on this unit were the large backboard and the dual weighting method of both water and sand bags. In advance of my installation review I will tell you the pros and cons of the hoop post installation. Pros: 1. Super stable system with just the water filled in the base.( I have added sand bags into the base and 2 ground screw anchors( into the adjacent grass) with ratcheting straps for additional safety.) 2. The backboard has superb bounce/feel. We all know portable hoops are infamous for a non- realistic “ feel ” when a shot goes off the backboard, but this model is amazing! Not only are shots received well off the backboard but the entire hoop system is stable and does not shake or rattle like other units I have played on before. 3. Ease of adjustment up and or down which my11 yr old and 7 yr old can operate on their own. Easy to move as well. Please note I only moved the hoop post assembly and before I filled it with water. I would imagine it would be more difficult to do after it is filled with water and probably produce unwanted stress on the support poles when trying to do so. I also adjusted the hoop height to the lowest level to make it a bit easier to move into its playing position. 4. Impressive overall size. While the system itself does not take up a huge amount of real estate the size of the backboard and hoop is great in comparison to others I have researched and played on. 5. Amazing quality. Even though there were other more expensive units and many less expensive units I truly believe this was the best value and quality for the price point. Cons: 1. The protective removable plastic film over the backboard gets stuck in the perimeter of the metal surround. I know this sounds petty, but they must apply this removable file over the backboard and then screw the metal surround on during manufacturing. What happens is when removing the film portions of it still remain between the metal surround and the backboard and are impossible to remove. This is more of an aesthetics issue as it does not affect the performance of the hoop but I am a perfectionist. 2. Believe it or not I have nothing else. The hoop met my expectations after my extensive research and comparisons. Shipping: 1. The box came from a freight forwarder. They contacted me to schedule a delivery date and time and arrived on time. It was unloaded and brought to my side yard. The overall package size was much smaller then I was anticipating but was heavy. You will need a furniture dolly or hand truck to move it around by yourself or 2 people. Assembly:( Assembly took approximately 3 hrs and 20 minutes with 1 person) 1. The parts and pieces in the box were packaged very well. After unboxing I suggest going through the manual to organize your main assembly parts and hardware according to the various stages to make assembly more efficient. This is definitely an item that needs to be installed outside unless you have very high ceilings/rafters in your garage. 2. Tools and Equipment needed:* Tape measure* Wood board( for assembly main poles together.( I used a 2x8 I had)* Saw Horse( I used a standard plastic saw horse)* Ladder or step ladder 8ft tall* Flat head screwdriver* Phillips head screwdriver*( 2) 3/8 ” closed/open ended wrenches*( 2) 1/2 ” closed/open ended wrenches*( 2) 9/16 ” closed/open ended wrenches*( 2) 3/8 ” sockets and socket wrenches*( 2) 1/2 ” sockets*( 2) 5/16 ” sockets*( 2) 9/16 ” sockets*( 2) 3/4 ” sockets* Socket wrench extension* Center punch* Adjustable box wrench* Hammer or mallet( I used a plastic weighted mallet to protect the paint) 3. The assembly instructions are pretty straightforward and provide ample description and illustrations to guide you. Below I will list my lessons learned during assembly and what step& page number of the assembly manual I am referencing to help anyone who is reading this and about to assemble one in the future. Step 3( page 23) Make sure to take your time on this step as it is super critical to get correct. After you have measured and taped your 0 ’- 3 1/2 ” line on your middle and bottom pole it is time to connect the middle pole to the top pole. Make sure your properly align the middle pole and top pole so that the vertical trough, or indent, on the middle pole is perfectly aligned with dimple/bump on the top pole. When bouncing, or picking up and hitting onto the wood, the two poles together against the piece of wood on the ground make sure your are making even contact on the top pole to the wood so that the pole connects evenly and is not skewed. Step 4( page 24) The same principle as noted in step 3 above pertains to step 4. Only this time you will be bouncing the previously connected middle and top piece assembly into the bottom piece. This time there will be a vertical trough/indent on the bottom pole that will align with the dimple/bump on the middle pole. Again take your time to properly align. I also suggest standing on a step ladder when doing this section to get a higher hold on the pole producings better bounce onto the wood for proper connection. For both Step 3& step 4 the goal is to make sure the poles connect and reach your 0- 3 1/2 ” tape mark ensuring you have proper overlap of the connecting poles for proper assembly. Step 5( page 25) This was one of the more awkward steps. I found it easier to lay the base on its side and I supported the pole on top of one of the steps of my step ladder to get the pole to the proper position. I was then able to install the base plate and( 2) bolts for this step. Make sure you have the pole oriented in the correct position as you do not want to start all over at later stages if your pole is 180 degrees off. Step 11( page 31) This step looks tricky but just layout your pieces for each upper tube assembly and each lower tube assembly so that you have it “ mocked ” up before installing. For me it was easier installing the lower tube assembly with the triangle bracket first. Then I installed the upper bracket assembly. The most important part of this step is to NOT over tighten the bolt and lock nut. The diagram on page 31 shows that you have sufficiently tightened the bolt once the bolt end is flush, or even, with the outside face of the lock nut.( Over tightening these will make it difficult to lower and raise the hoop post assembly) Section B Step 1( page 33) My only tip here is to make sure you are on an even surface with the base and the sawhorse. Also I would suggest placing several pieces of cardboard or a mat to protect the face of the backboard when doing this step. Section B Step 2( page 34) My advice here is DO NOT over tighten. Use hand tools only and do not use an electric or air ratchet for this as you could crack the backboard. Section B Step 4( page 37) Do not over tighten these screws as they will strip the threads and continue to spin... trust me I did this. I fortunately had larger screws that I was able to make work after re- threading these. Everything else is pretty straightforward and easy to do. Don ’ t forget to purchase a few bags of sand( buy the bags of sand in plastic bags and you can place them in black garbage bags to protect them from getting wet in the elements. I would not recommend placing the sand directly into the base compartment as it would make a mess and be difficult to remove if you ever want to move the entire hoop assembly to another location. I hope you all enjoy the hoop as much as we are!! Cheers, Chris

I bought this hoop for my sons( ages 6 and 10) to replace a 13 year old system that had seen better days. The upgrade in quality was immediately noticed after the system installation was complete. The backboard response is incredible, and prepares the children well for gym play now that they are both involved in team sports. Another great improvement is the height adjustment system. Once set up, the goal can be easily raised and lowered to accommodate the age difference between my children. No more using a broom stick to adjust the goal height.:-) Finally, I hired a professional installation service to assemble the goal, which took the installer just under 2 hours to complete by himself. I have seen other reviews that complained about the installation instructions, but my installer, although experienced, had no complaints. In his words, it was one of the better systems that he has seen.

We just assembled our hoop system and are very happy with it. I had two friends( who are handy) help me and, together, we assembled the system in about 2. 5- 3 hours. The directions were clear, although it would have been easier to read them if there were separate booklets for each language. The tip video on YouTube was really helpful to see some of the finer points of key assembly elements. We had all the parts we needed, but I wish that the bags of assembly parts had been more clearly labeled with the contents inside to save us a few minutes of cross- checking. That said, use of the the measuring tape and part reference page was enough for us. As soon as the hoop was up, my kiddo was out shooting baskets. We haven ’ t yet put the water in the base and are relying on sand until the freeze passes. Even so, the hoop is stable and the backboard performs well. IMO, this system is a great value. Make sure you factor costs for assembly help or friend favors into your budget when you consider the overall purchase. This project definitely requires at least two people for assembly.

Got this to replace an in- ground 60 '' after a move. Somewhat leary about a portable coming from that, but after researching I really liked the hybrid options for moving more easily and not having to drain water or sand every time. That in itself is a great feature. I can move 4- 5 bags of sand in a couple minutes and re- adjust the hoop. It's not light which is good, but it is very manageable. I was able to roll it through grass without too much trouble, but this was before putting water in the base. The wheels roll well enough, but are very short so a smooth surface is obviously the best for moving. The construction itself was not overly difficult, I did it mostly alone only asking help to stand it up. Being very cautious to read the instructions several times and inventorying, assembly took about 3- 4 hrs. Tip: you really want to make sure to align the poles well and put the top 2 pieces together before the bottom. Playability- wise it's very solid. Some vibration on side, off angle shots and louder thuds with the back board than tempered glass, but not bad. I think it was a very good purchase and recommend this especially at 60 '' which you do n't find often for portables. Shipping took 7 days, but hassle to schedule the freight. Just a note the backboard was cracked with a 5 '' hole upon delivery, but was able to call same day and had a new backboard in 4 days. Nice service!

My basketball obsessed teens love this! We brought it to the beach this weekend and it worked great. The only downside is how heavy the sandbags are, so need to empty and refill each time( as opposed to just leaving them filled and taking with you). It also takes watching the video a few times to really understand the assembly, so I wish they also included an instructional manual( instead of just having the video). Would highly recommend.

I wanted to buy something above the run of the mill backboard and this is it! I duid my homework, read all the reviews and spent the money. Dick's had a great price, the unit was delivered without damage, and it was delivered in a timely manner. So, I approached the assembly with some trepidation having read many, many reviews. BUT, this unit went together exactly as shown in the accompanying assembly instructions. ALL the pieces and parts were there and I did n't have to redo or undo anything that I assembled. Go slow and follow the directions. I did. The assembled unit seems to be well made for many years of service for my son and grandsons. I highly recommend this unit. Sometimes you still get what you pay for!

Assembly was as expected. All parts clearly marked and everything was included as needed. But you have to go slow and read all of the instructions carefully. I would also recommend watching the assembly video. It ’s worth the 16 minutes it takes to watch. We also referred to the video a few times during assembly. Materials are high quality. We used it for about an hour after assembly. Everything seems tight and durable. Time will tell. Initially, seems like a good quality hoop. Happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.

I had a wonderful experience assembling my new 54 ” Beast with my son. The instructions were very clear and the parts were well packaged in a way that made finding what was needed each step of the way straightforward.

This thing was delivered in 3 massive boxes on a pallet, and stood in our garage for 3 weeks. Finally got around to building it yesterday. It took 7 hours, but the end results was beautiful. A super- wide plastic funnel for filling in sand would have been helpful to include in the kit, but we improvised with a plastic bottle.

Overall the hoop is great. I put it together myself, so it is possible, but it would be easier with a buddy. Love the glass backboard and breakaway rim. The base is sturdy and the construction of this basket is one that should last a lifetime. Thank you,

5 NERVOUS
First and foremost, let me say I 'm greatful for the previous reviews on this site and others. Things I found especially helpful from other reviews:- Recommendation to lightly sand the inner/outer surfaces of the two main poles before trying to join them. I 've read horror stories of this step taking hours to complete, but thanks to the recommendations I read before trying it myself it was done in ~10 minutes.- Recommendation to read through the assembly instructions carefully before delivery... To make sure you have the appropriate tools, etc. From beginning to end, the entire process took ~5 hours. To be fair, this included several breaks for things like eating lunch, playing with the kids, etc... I took my time and was deliberate with each step. Also, I did a majority of the work by myself. I did have assistance when needed from my two kids( ages 7 and 9) as well as my wife. NOTE: You will definitely need at least one other able- bodied adult to complete several of the steps involved in assembling this product. My initial impressions of the product after putting it together are, `` It's very well- made! '' After using it for a couple of weeks, I still have the same opinion. In short, I 'm very happy with this purchase and fully expect this product to last for many years! Other thoughts that have crossed my mind:- 60 '' glass backboard with pro- style breakaway rim is visually impressive; especially for a portable system.- I had my doubts about the 'portability' of this system given its size, but I have to admit it's fairly easy to move around, even on a slight grade.- The square two- piece main pole is quite stout and the elevator arm height- adjustment system is well- designed. The result is a very realistic indoor court 'feel' to the backboard and 'bounce' to the rim( at any height); which is hard to find in a portable system.

Great product. We installed this in a newly poured cement pad on the side of our house when we built in 2011. It has been an excellent product. The only caution is making sure you leave enough room to bolt the bottom section into the sleeve. Also, the pad for the pole finally wore out after 5 long winters and summers( the straps basically disintegrated). Other than that, this has been a great product and stood up to A LOT of use by teenagers who are not typically gentle with these things.

Heey, the hoop is excelent, I just wanted to ask, how much does it weight? I love it!

This is a really solid, well- built goal set. It's kind of a project to assemble, and some of the tolerances in how the holes line up are off, but it is quite doable if you have an assistant and a decent tool box. The rim and backboard deflect the ball about as well as any fixed basketball goal, which surprised me, because I was used to more flimsy goals. A great alternative to an in- ground goal. The beast can be easily moved to the most level part of the driveway.

5 Al

I 've had the Beast now for 2 months now. All I can say is it is really nice, well made, and easy to operate. Took my Brother and me 3 hours to put it together. Here's the deal, follow the instructions, do n't over tighten bolts/screws that are going to need to move or be near/on glass. It seems simple in concept, but something we sometimes overlook. I bought the unit in the store, of course they do n't stock these, so the shipping is quite expensive,( over$ 200#, but that's just the way it is. I used a 20% off coupon so that more or less covered the shipping. It comes scheduled delivery via LTL carrier on two pallets. The base is pre- assembled from factory, so that saves a little time. Take your time, and follow instructions, lay everything out, and get to work. If you know what you ’ re doing, then you could probably have this assembled in 2 hours or so. My Brother and I ate some pizza, listened to some music, and had several diversions, so we took our time. The build quality of the goal is excellent, everything is powder coated, and engineered for the long- haul. The backboard is solid, and has a much different feel# similar to a pro goal) than the old flimsy portable goals everyone is use to. This is pro- grade. I 've attached a just put together photo and then on from May 22. The little NBA sticker is losing its color, but the Texas sun will pretty much fry anything have many days in the direct sun. Everyone deserves this goal, it's portable, solid, and just fun to play on. Adjustable goal height, so even I can dunk.

This is our 2nd Lifetime hoop. First hoop lasted so long, I did n't consider buying any other product when wanted to new one. My boys( college bball players now) dunk and hang on this thing all the time. Very pleased with the crank system, raises and lower the hoop with ease. Its all good quality components

Ordered in- ground base for bball pole via website. I mistakenly ordered the wrong one( only option). It arrived and did n't match up. I phoned Lifetime, spoke with nice person, who said the product I needed was n't shown on website for some reason. He walked me through ordering the right one, then coordinated with returns to arrange a next day, no charge to me, pickup from FedEx of wrong part. Easy Peasy. Thanks Lifetime.

5 Norbert Mueller
This is a really nice goal that my kids love. The crank adjustment is a little stiff but I will try lubrication to see if that helps. Not sure how the installation instructions came up with 8 80# bags of ready mix. It took all of 17 bags, plus a little of an 18,. 6 cubic feet per bag.

Bought this basketball system a few months ago My grandson and his high school basketball friends are really enjoying it. Ca n't keep them away from coming over and demonstrating their talents every day. At first, the crank did not function correctly. Notified Lifetime service department and within five days I received a new crank system. Thank you for your a fast response and a now a great product. One that my grandson and his friends will enjoy for many years.

We got this for our kids because they are falling in love with basketball but are still young so we wanted one that was adjustable in size and moveable( since we will be moving in a few months) and something that would last while they grow up. We 've bought tons of stuff from Lifetime and have n't been disappointed. Set up took a bit longer than we thought, but I believe that happens with just about anything that you put together. But given the features of it, we were fine with it. We filled it with sand and that helps it stay put. We are n't doing any major dunk contests... yet, but having the ability to anchor it down makes me more comfortable for older kids and adults getting more aggressive when playing and dunking. Speaking of dunking, rebounding off the rim and the backboard felt great and not shaky or flimsy. I think the thing I like best is how easy it is to adjust the height. When I was a kid, we had to use a broomstick to get the hoop higher or lower. This, well, I feel spoiled by it. We 're not professional basketball players by any means, this is a great hoop for your front yard or cul- de- sac and keep up with the basketball players who are way better than I am.

5 Good choice
I have had the hoop for 5 months. I play everyday. Has very good feel off the board. It does wobble a little bit but never bothers me or others when shooting. The height lever is easy enough for my wife to move. My oldest is 7 she can ’ t quite move it but I ’ m guessing in 6 months will be able to. Get the gel stuff for the base absolutely worth it. Great hoop

Our company bought this and had it installed, we lost a piece and I called and talked to Caiti, she was very helpful and sent the part out that day. Very happy with the customer service we got, you do n't always find that with today's companies. Thank you Caiti.

We played the minute we put it together! It was a snap to put together. Attach the poles and 3 screws into the backboard. That ’s it! Came with an Allen wrench so no need for tools. An added bonus was it comes with 2 balls! No more chasing the ball in and out of the pool! We just got our new pool and wanted something fun and I ’ m definitely pleased with this addition. Can ’ t go wrong here if you have an above ground pool and want to entertain! Worth every penny!

This above ground pool basketball hoop is the perfect addition to our new pool! We have three boys and they all love basketball, so as soon as this arrived we had to set it up. My hubby was able to set it up fast. We like that it has two balls and a pump. It ’s pretty solid too so I think it will last. It has a good size back board as well. Highly recommend it!

I bought this about 2 years ago and my family absolutely love it! It is strong and sturdy, and my boys play dunk ball and he holds up to the punishment! Bought this hoop system a year and a half ago. Was able to put this system together with my 15 year old son. Just need a few extra hands when raising the pole up onto the bolts. Had 3 adults and 2 teenagers to complete the task. No negatives about this hoop. Almost 2 years old and still looks brand new. Only wished I went with the 72 '' backboard. Lots of great games and memories being made with friends and family. Hardest part was digging the 4 foot hole but well worth it in the end.

We got this 23 ” Goaliath mini hoop for my son ’s Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it. Last year we got him the smaller Goaliath mini hoop and this one seems so much better. My son said it ’s quieter, the net looks sturdy and cooler and the rim is bigger. He loves it so much, he wants another one so he put them on opposite sides of his room and go full court. LOL. I can hear him everyday banging away in his room practicing his moves. Nice entertaining gift. If you ’ re looking into a mini hoop get the 23 ” one, it ’s worth the extra cost, you won ’ t regret it.

[ Living in Arizona, a backyard pool is almost a must have item when purchasing a home. We LIVE in the pool for 6- 7 months out of the year so, we ’ ve also had plenty of experience with pool hoops. As soon as I took the parts for this Dunn- Rite Splash and Shoot kit out of the box, I knew right away this one was different than others we have purchased in the past. The quality of the parts, the seams in the welds, the backboard material, the net and even the basketball they throw in are far superior to other pool hoops at this same price point. Setup was quick and the instructions were clear. As we have 3 teenage boys, we set ours to the highest recommended height to make it difficult for them to hang on the rim but, I am confident as long as they don ’ t jump from the deck and hang on it, it will not break or tumble into the pool. The base is very sturdy and doesn ’ t move around at all. We had one licensed by the NBA that seemed well made but the base was not designed to hold up to 3 teenage boys and their friends and it was trashed within an Arizona summer. This one seems built to last. We have only just put it out so time will tell if the 120 degree heat and wear and tear from teenagers being teenagers will change my opinion but I ’ m confident that this one will last if treated properly. 100% recommend!

[ I love this basketball hoop for the pool because it is durable and brings a lot of entertainment to the swimming! Whether just shooting hoops or playing a game with the family, it brightens everyone's day! A must have addition to play in the sun and enjoy the cool water!

[ After a long winter this past week we were able to open our pool and actually use it. The best part was we were able to setup and play wot our new Dunn- Rite Splash and Shoot Basketball Hoop. This is an absolutely fun activity for me, my husband, kids and neighbors!! Installation was quite quick with perfectly written directions and everything you need in the box. My husband and I was able to setup and install this basketball hoop in under an hour next to our pool. All of the kids got a kick out of if! Taking turns shooting baskets and playing a game while in the pool. This basket ball hoop is a hit and we all can ’ t wait till we can get back in the pool and play with this thing again. If your looking for a really fun addition to the pool and something to keep the kids occupied, you won ’ t go wrong picking this up!

[ I had bought this for the kids and they absolutely love it and it dont blow away its heavy so u do t have to worry about it and it is well put together and it's easy the kids love it I love it it's somthing to play while we have people or kids over in the pool

[ Dunn- Rite Splash& Shoot Adjustable Height Swimming Pool Basketball Hoop is super sturdy and great for older kids and adults. The rim is stainless steel, so definitely quality here. We have 4 kids, 7- 15 and they enjoy the game while swimming. It ’s placed on our deck with our above ground pool, perfect height and it hangs over the pool- which is awesome! That means that the kids( or us adults) are not constantly getting out of the pool to retrieve a ball. And even more so here, you can adjust the height of the rim so that players of different heights can enjoy it, simply by adjusting 4 bolts, which is great since it secures the set better! Our pool is saltwater too, and we have yet to see any rust issues, but may place silicone over the screws& bolts to allow a protective shield just in case for protection. The entire set stays in place while in use. The base is heavy duty plastic very heavy when filled with water, states that it weighs about 200 lbs when filled, and totally seems like it. You could fill with sand if wanted too. We have it currently filled with water, so that when fall does hit here in our region we ’ re able to empty easily into the pool without moving, then disassemble to store for the cooler months. The instructions are easy to follow but the backboard is a bit tricky to put on, best with 2 people at this point in the process as one will need to hold up the backboard while the other is able to place the screw in. The cool thing for me as I love to decorate is that this clear option that we received is not an eye sore out on the patio. It ’s a nice clean look while allowing the kids to have more fun. This is the ideal set up for our little ballers.

I was excited when we received the pool basketball set. My grandchildren love our pool but are ready for a new game. When we received the basketball set, we weren ’ t sure how it would assemble. Assembly was easy. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It only took about 10 minutes. We were impressed with the quality of the product. Everything needed was included, including the needle to inflate the ball. All connections were easy to make. There are covers for all open connections. When finished, we put the completed unit on a box to see how it would work. The backboard is adjustable so it will work on our deck. We are looking forward to using the basketball set when we open our pool in May.

5 SD22
Well built, ready for fun family time! This is way better and doesn ’ t have the cheap plastic feel to it. Usually the sun fades the lines and decals, but not so far on this one. I actually had to heat the pool so the kids could get in and use it!

5 Eweiss24
We haven ’ t used this yet but this is going to be amazing once we warm up the pool and use it to play basketball. It ’s very sturdy and looks like it will hold up nicely. The kids are excited about using it and I think it will last for quite a while. Great add on to our pool.

5 Megs
This backboard is so much more attractive than our older one. The height of the clear board enhances the experience. Be advised, the ball that comes with it is a hard rubber ball, making it more durable, but painful if hit while in the pool. The stand is sturdy. The overall set makes a nice addition to the pool area without being much of an eyesore.

5 Yolanda
Pool basketball hoop is well constructed and sturdy. Easy to put together. Kids unfortunately have not been in pool due to excessive SoCal rain, however my boys enjoyed shooting baskets from across the pool into the hoop which kept them entertained a couple of hours. Looking forward to pool time basketball.
