When I say I like this wheel, then you know I am slightly telling an untruth, I hate the exercises, but the wheel itself is excellent. I go to a cross- fit gym and this ab wheel is better than the ones they have. One thing I like about the go fit version is that it has a wide grip for your hands, I feel it relieves the stress from my wrists that models with thinner foot/hand bars do n't.

I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!

The name is misleading I have a work related back injury and thought this was a apparatus for the spine when it is actually a core apparatus after it arrived I immediately watched the DVD to see how I was going to correct my spine and the secret is abdominal training core strengthening exercises. I am a beginner with little to no core strength so I have n't really got to use this correctly but, I can review the product construction: It is made from solid wood on the exterior, the interior looks to be veneered plywood and pine slats, this is covered with a polyurethane foam 100% then upholstered in a vinyl nylon fabric, to me it feels more like plastic then leather, all the handles are cast aluminum and the strap nylon. It is very solid I weigh 200+ pounds so it creaked when I sat on it. I did a couple exercises and realized I 'm not ready for this but can work up to it. as for the questions that follow I do n't have any friends or colleagues I 'm an injured worker with a work related injury all alone.

The Teeter is literally saving my life. I could n't afford to see the chiropractor 3x a week to get my spine straightened out- due to stress and the pressure of sitting all day. I could n't even bend over to lift the toilet seat lid without intense pain! There is definitely a learning curve but if you ease your way in and follow the instructions, you 'll be on your way. A month in and I am realizing how many basic things were causing me pain and wearing me out on a daily basis- because the pain is now either greatly minimized, or simply is n't there any longer! My son I both use the FitSpine X3 inversion table- it is a very nice product, but does take some time to get used to using. My son uses it twice a day and loves it. We have to constantly slide the height adjustment bar due to difference in our height, and only thing we notice is the plastic bushing between the frame and height adjustment bar has a split in it and wants to slide down all the time when releasing height adjustment pin- just have to push it back up to get pin to lock in. Other than that, nice inversion table!!

About a month prior to my purchase I developed some issues walking. I could n't stand up straight when I gott out of bed and I was feeling pain in my leg when I walked. I had had back issues years ago and I recognized the symtoms so I decided to get a Teeter inversion table. I assembled it in 20 minutes and read the instruction manul before using it. I saw results after the first use, which wa a five minute session. I was able to walk with no pain. I have been using it daily no for over a month and I am getting up and standing straight again with no pain in my leg when I walk now. Pretty good construction- welds at bar/collar junction seem pretty well done. Hollow but side walls of bar pretty thick. Not sure about weight capacity, but seems like it would do fine with 200- 250 lbs. Definitely increases range of motion. Allows for about 3 '' in grip width variation, so you can emphasize outer lats or nearer to spine pretty effectively. Collar fits perfectly over olympic bar ends. I 've not tried the smaller collar over standard bars, but at least it's an option. Personally, I feel the price for this particular item was a bit high. From my research it was comparable to commercial bars of greater thickness and weight capacity. However, this was readily available and in stock from Dick's, so that became the selling point for me. I would recommend the bar to others, but I would suggest to see if it goes on sale or if a coupon becomes available before purchasing at full price.

Excellant. I am a small 69 year women. With the instructions and well laid out parts, the machine was easy to assemble and ever so nifty to use. It appears small due to the design. It is indeed easy to use and to fold for compact storage. I do not expect to fold it. It fits nicely in my loft with other machines. I do suggest that a newbie watch a few YouTube videos. There are many showing proper rowing form and how to use an air or water rowing machine. They also explain why there is no `` resistance control. '' This is ever so much better than the Precor piston machine that I had 2 decades ago. I did not like the piston design. The Stamina Air Rower is so much better! This machine complements my Landice L7 treadmill, Lemond Revmaster spin bike and Nordic Track Elite ski machine... all tiptop machines in premium working order. If ever I wear it out, I will replace it likely with the beautiful WaterRower.

The air from the wheel blows through my hair as I 'm rowing and I found a relax channel on my Roku that has a sunrise mountain lake scene with lapping water. So far so good with this rower. Pretty easy setup, basic tools can speed it up quite a bit, but the tools that are provided works fine as well.. Use on the highest setting and it's a great work out, in the future I may find that I could use more resistance. Dual rails feel very stable. Retractor seems to take a few pulls to adjust to the level you are on, but once you get going it works great. Nice quiet operation, can hear tv/ speakers while using no problem. Body is not overly heavy, comes with pads/ feet to store upright to save space when not in use. Improvements I suggest are that you are practically sitting on the floor. Even elevating the height a slight amount would give this a more premium feel. Granted maybe this is normal, it's my first row machine I 've owned. My feet are fairly large( 13's) and I have found that they come out of the pedals pretty easily. Adjusting the strap placement has helped quite a bit, but I still find myself tightening/ fixing straps during the workout.- most likely a user error. Have n't tried a class with it yet, but ca n't wait. Overall happy with the purchase

The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.
