Great product for the money. No issues with jamming so far. Casts well and the clicker is great. If money is no object than get yourself a catfish series Abu, if money is tight this reel will work well if you are familiar with using baitcasting reels. If you 're going for bigger cats you might consider changing the line.

The only things I had to do is break the reel down and re- oil it and change the line on the reel but I always re- oil my reels before using for the 1st time. I highly recommend this reel for the price. I restrung this reel with 65 lb braid and it's held up great but always back it with good mono line.
