I did n't have a lot of room, however, I have numerous cast iron dumbbells. This product addresses my needs in this regard, completely. It's sturdy, was n't excessively priced and looks very professional. For the lowest level shelf, I have( 2) 55's,( 1) 50 and( 2) 45's; midlevel is( 2) 40's,( 2) 35's and( 2) 15's; top shelf( 2) 30's,( 2) 25's and( 2) 20's for a total of 580lbs. No weight capacity was listed on any of the literature that came with the rack, but, the current load does n't seem to be a problem. It could probably handle more. The product was delivered without any damage. If you need more capacity, purchasing( 2) of these racks would take up less space than some of the larger racks. If you have a lot of dumbbells that clutter your workout area, it's tough to go wrong with buying this rack. I have high expectations related to my purchases and I could n't be happier.

I went into the store and the Dick's associate assisted me purchasing it online while in the store. However when I was trying to purchase the product online there was a 40% discount in progress. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

We bought this for our little home gym. After looking at several models online and in stores, I bought another rack through another online retailer. The thing was damaged in shipping and missing one of the uprights. Needless to say I returned it and found this Powerline rack online at Dick's. This rack has the proper spacing between the horizontal angles so that my old style steel plate dumbbells do not fall off the front. Most of the ones I looked at in stores had that problem. I was n't going to buy new weights just to get a rack. This rack is super sturdy, like what you find in sport clubs but it is small enough that it does n't dominate our small apartment. I will hold 4 dumbells with the 5- lb small hole plates on each shelf. If you put 10- lb plates, you 'll probably only get 3. It feels as if it will hold any of that weight combination. Real easy to assemble and well designed. It has threaded holes through the cross angles with locknuts. Even has a little bottle of touch up paint.

First off, I wanted a bag stand that did n't make noise( unlike the cheaper smaller ones). This definitely checked the box. Also having more range to move around over the cheaper stands is nice too. I 'm 5 '' 9 160 and I have n't had issues with the legs coming up. I 've heard some people with that issue, but they just put one 50lb bag of sand over the top of them. This thing is a monster, I knew the legs would be 7 ft long, but I was still shocked when I saw it in person. The hanging part can be adjusted easily. Instructions were easy to follow, and I had no issues on my first try setting it up. Disclaimer though, this does not come with tools, and will require a socket or wrench set to screw and hold the nut on the other side. I wish I had a power socket drill for this, but I was able to get it together without it. It currently holds my 100lb bag with no issues.

I originally went to Dicks to purchase the Ethos 5 post weight plate holder but when I came across this new 6 post version I knew it would be perfect for my space. This plate tree is very well built. The solid yet compact design is a great space saver and it holds my bumper plates with ease. I currently have 460lbs loaded on this rack and it could easily hold more. The casters roll well even while loaded up with plates, and the ability to move the unit around your space is a nice feature that I didn ’ t originally think was a must have item for me, but now that I have it, I would never go back to a non- rollable rack. They do make use of styrofoam and foam sleeves, but the contents inside the package were able to shift around some. The instructions are clear and concise, the parts are easy to identify or in a blister pack that has them clearly marked. It's a decent addition to a home gym where budget is a consideration. I may need to add weight to the bottom for additional stability but I 'll avoid going too crazy on it until then.
