This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I used it every single day, even though it hurt like nobody's business and within a matter of weeks? No more pain. It could have been a combination of this and a good orthotic insert for my shoes, but I think this had a huge part in it. It is great because it has slight pressure on its own but you can add even more but pressing in as you are rolling. I have had two surgeries on one knee and have two daughters with that run and do PT strengthening for the knee. I bought two for my daughter that is running competitively and two for my knees. My other daughter came home and immediately claimed one. I bought two small and two large. I would go with the medium if I were to order again. These wraps stay on and do n't slip. Let's face it we are supposed to sit while icing the knees but if you have to get up to answer the phone or get a glass of water it is nice to have the wrap on. No messing ice bags slipping or dripping all over and the cold is distributed evenly and around the entire knee not just the front or side. I highly recommend these knee wraps. I was very skeptical about buying this at first because I mainly use ice when doing cold therapy on my ankle. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how this compression boot was able to properly ice my ankle! It was almost like having ice on it! I am a basketball player who works out 5- 7 times a week and I 've had multiple ankle injuries. This compression boot does a great job of icing everything from the mid calf down to the sides of the ankle. It does not have an ice pack going under the bottom foot part though in case anyone was wondering. HOWEVER!! Be very careful when icing with this! I accidentally did not put one of the ice packs all the way into the inner sleeve of the compression boot and I iced for 20 minutes with part of the ice pack in direct contact of my skin. Because of this I got mild ice pack burn!! It is n't that painful but I can imagine it would have been much worse if I had continued icing past 20 minutes! While there are protective sleeves inside the boot to hold the ice pack, it's important not to ice for over 20 minutes because you can end up getting an ice pack burn! This is because ice packs stay cooler longer than ice and is colder than it ice is too! That is my little tidbit of advice for anyone buying this! But overall I 'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easier icing session and it's one of the best investments I 've made!

I REALLY like the metal barrel and the weight of it which helps while it's being rolled over your skin, because you do n't have to use much of your own pressure, that's what makes this product stand out from other rollers. I have used other rollers( including other metal rollers) that do n't glide well, catch your skin or kills you with knobs over your sore muscles and brushing them. I have owned this for a month now and I ’ m very happy I chose it. There are several options for massage bars, but this one struck all the correct chords. It ’s cost effective for sure, but that wasn ’ t my deciding factor. The shorter length of the bar allows me to use more torque on my quads without it bending like some of the others did. I am an endurance runner and over time, I have built up somewhat of an immunity to regular entry level foam rollers and have been looking for something more intense to achieve the results I am looking for, both pre and post workouts. The GoFit Extreme Massage Roller was exactly what I was looking for. It is great combination of firm foam, but not too firm. It is an aggressive roller, but not too aggressive. There are other `` aggressive '' rollers on the market that I have tried that are either too firm or too bumpy. It is also the perfect size. I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. There are reviews online complaining that the units fail after a couple of months. So far, so good with this one.

[ I tried the powder and I was concerned it would be gritty and chalky much to my surprise it was smooth and colored with specs of color simular to fruity pebbles cereal. Smell was fruity and tasted yummy not to sweet. I tried the smooth prior to workout and in 2nd attempt I notice enhanced and vigor during workout.
