I walk for miles in these boots for my job across all diff terrain types around the southeastern U. S. my first pair lasted me over 2 years before the inner heal wore out. They are so comfortable for me I wear them on every job, even sites where steel toes are n't required. My second pair started leaking at the seam after about 6 months and Muck handled the situation very professionally. Most everyone at my job uses Muck. They are high quality and comfort. I have been a Georgia Boot Customer since I was in high school and could afford to splurge on my own boots so I am a huge fan. I am a chef and had not thought about Georgia Boots for the kitchen and that is a mistake I am so happy I am fixing. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

My favorite boot style! This is my second pair and the color on these is perfect. My first are my daily wear shoes for work as a large animal vet assistant and I put 4 to 10 miles on them every shift and am on my feet 9- 11 hours a day. I was in the market for new boots. Heard through the grapevine that i should give this brand a chance. Got them as a gift and i am beyond ecstatic. The boots fit me well( run a little big, but not a con) and the inner sole is almost heavenly. I work in a warehouse where i stand on concrete 8 hours a day. I normally add an extra insert for added support, but there really is no need for these boots. While mainly for work, i definitely want to get the most out of these boots, but i must say that these particular boots i have are not cut out for hiking. Not a con in the least bit, though a bit of a bummer in the long run. So after spending about 40 hours over a few days in these boots, i am very happy with my georgia boots.

If you ’ re on your feet a lot that ’s okay cause they ’ re comfortable, if you ’ re in the saddle they ’ re fine also. I bought my Rough& Tough IR's almost 5 years ago and while I dont wear them often they have only aged like a fine wine. If I do n't wear them for a while they become narrow and tight but give them some heat or mink oil and they loosen back up and once they get hot from body heat they loosen back like my childhood baseball glove. I broke them in by walking 5. 8 miles afterwork on the boardwalk in Ocean City in the dead of winter, my walking club would laugh at me, and I ’ d be a liar if I said it wasn ’ t tough.. I expected a break- in period but these blacksmiths were comfortable out of the box. Soft but supportive and the fit was perfect for me. No chafing, roomy but not loose. The traction was good even in wet weather. And they are fine to wear even during hot and humid days where I live. Chose the copper rough and tough because I think the look is so classic and understated. Love the versatility as well. Can use them with just about every pair of pants and( even shorts) in my closet. I ’ ve been wearing the Georgia Wedge over 15yrs now and prolly has become my one and only boot/shoe i wear with everything. Lol, went from Nike ’ s/Vans/Chucks to only Georgia wedge. I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I ’ ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “ water proof ” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. That ’s jumping on shovels, kicking stuff, underwater, asphalt and so forth… as well as the Natural gas field and seems to hold up better without constant water lol i ’ ve bought up to 6 pairs in a yr bcuz all the OT I was working, but i say all this to say i never had more compliments then this boot and i ’ ve worn every brand, the quality of leather is the best and i can walk in them all day. Because in retrospect, they are the best boot I have ever worn. I have done EVERYTHING in them. Camping, hiking, yard work, home remodeling, etc. Rain, sun, snow, it has not mattered. These boots have passed the test. The tread is still in tact, and I do n't have one loose stitch. I 'm sure they wo n't work for everyone. They are heavy, rugged, and undoubtedly there are more comfortable boots on the market. I bought these in December 2024. They ’ ve sat because I was stuck between the 9D and 9. 5D. I ordered both. I ’ m normally a 9. 5 in just about everything. Vans, Nikes, Thorogoods, you name it. The 9. 5s had a little bit of heel slip and plenty of toe room, and I was afraid of them feeling too comfortable straight out of the box and them stretching too much. Because that ’s honestly what they felt like at first. The 9ds felt tight. Very little heel slip, but doable, but ultimately tight… I decided to go with the pair that felt the most comfortable straight out of the box, the 9. 5s. Again, I was skeptical, but they turned out PERFECT. They are comfortable straight out of the box, and after just a day of wearing, I ’ m already noticing them molding to my feet and the heel slip vanishing, and turns out they were not too big at all, they were ABSOLUTELY perfect. So my recommendation with this particular pair of Durangos, go with your true to size. Even if they feel slightly loose at first, they will mold to your foot and the slip in heel will begin to go away as you wear them in. This is by far, THE MOST comfortable pair of cowboy boots I ’ ve ever owned. Ever. I absolutely love them. I do everything in these from yard work, going out and about, motorcycle riding, etc. these are awesome.

These boots are ok, just not what I thought they were. The leather in the pic seems to be the softer suede type material, but they are actually the slick type of leather that is very stiff. They do not have the broke- in feeling right out of the box. Because they are stiff it's not that easy to lace them up tightly. The sole seems very comfortable, but I do n't think I 'll keep them.

here's how much i love these boots. for the last 2 decades they have been on a constant rotation: oldest to still- in- the- box. as the oldest worn- out pair rotate out into the garbage( after years), the next pair moves to oldest slot for really dirty work, and i open the box for the newest pair for general wear. as soon as that box is opened, i order the next box. so, i always have a ratty pair, a semi ratty pair, a new pair, and a boxed pair. they are everyday wear, work& non- work, on& off the motorcycle. highly recommend, obviously.

I bought these 3- 4 years ago. I 've had them resoled twice, i 'm about due for a 3rd resoling. They are durable and comfortable. The break in was about a week. I have wide feet and the EE was the right choice. I 'd recommend them to anyone. American Classic. Love them.

I bought my boots from the retail store. Salesman recommended that o went a full size smaller than my normal size and we confirmed via the thermal imaging in the store. I ’ ve worn these almost everyday for the past 6mos. However, I will say the break in period is serious, but I wasn ’ t expecting anything different from such a solid boot.

This is my 4th pair of Georgia boots. They are made well and hold up well for what I do. Also this pair is the Steel Toe version of my Soft Toe boots- 10 years a part you wouldn ’ t know the age difference if it weren ’ t for the Steel Toe. I have tried thorogoods, wolverines, and red wings all at 2- 3x the price of the boots, and these have consistently lasted longer for a much better price, the soles wear at a much slower rate and the leather does n't fall apart like others I have used. I do heavy construction and spend all my time in a machine or in the dirt and rocks and have been unable to find a higher quality pair yet.

I got these a month ago and they are excellent. I am a firefighter and these are the best pair of station shoes I have ever had. Super comfortable and light weight. My back has never felt better since I bought them. I got a 10. 5 not sure how they would stretch, next time I ’ ll order a 10. They are true to size. Lesson learned on my end. I 've had these for a year now and they 've been my favorite pair of work shoes so far. Comfortable for the most part. My only gripe is that my little toe on my big ol wide foot hangs just behind the steel toe section. If I kick anything with the toe of the shoe, the steel cap jams into the tip of my little toe.
