This machine is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. The display is basic, but the heart rate monitor is accurate. It's compact enough that it does n't take up too much space, and it is very quiet. I received it within a week of ordering it, and the box was pretty damaged, but none of the pieces seemed affected. I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

Good set of dumbbells that replace what would have been a lot of weights. Good, compact design means they do n't take up a lot of space in a small home gym, which is great as that's what I 've got. Comfortable to hold for me( I have small hands) and easy to use to change weights. I got these specifically because they offer 2. 5lb increments across the weight spectrum: especially as you go up in weights, sometimes adding 5lbs per hand can feel like just too much for me, so the 2. 5lb option was fantastic. That said, they are a bit on the pricey side: more so than the other options, and they 're not expandable, unfortunately. I knew that when I bought them, and I do n't think it 'll be an issue for me for a while, but it is something to consider before purchasing.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness- wise, this is an excellent, cost- effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

I may have just started using my new rowing machine, but I am feeling a tightness in my abdominal muscles. This is a machine I can use. I am in a wheelchair full time, and to be able to transfer from the chair to the rowing machine is fairly easy, it just takes a few minutes longer for me.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

This has been a really nice treadmill. It ’s very large and solid. It does take up a fair amount of space. I like the large screen, and I have enjoyed many of the features included with Ifit. I absolutely love that you can get a much steeper incline than a standard treadmill, which is great if you are training for a hike or need to do, hill runs often. It also includes a decline feature, which I have never had before, and that is very interesting and useful as I train for a triathlon to adapt my body to smaller downhill. The large screen makes it easy to watch a show or just track your progress while you ’ re working out, but it can be a little tricky to figure out the order of operations when trying to change something on the Netflix or Amazon menu the cupholders are not my favorite because they are square. The speed is good in responsive overall, it seems like a good machine that will really help with my training this is an incentivized review

Had this treadmill for a few weeks now and I have really enjoyed the incline and decline feature on the treadmill or all the treadmill seems very sturdy and seems fairly responsive when you turn it on that the belt doesn ’ t slip or lag when you ’ re using it. it ’s got great handles if you need a little extra help while you ’ re climbing a pill and a nice large screen to show your progress or follow along the Ifit trainers the cupholders are square so I did notice my water bottle shuffling around in that space occasionally ending up against the screen and vibrating. The treadmill also has some fans which are really nice for cooling you off while you ’ re running. It says you can connect to heart rate monitor, but I have not tried that feature at this time. Overall, I ’ ve been very happy with this treadmill and feel that it will be very useful as a mother while I am training for a half Iron Man And can ’ t always get out to do my workouts. This is an incentivized review.

This is a great treadmill. You pay for quality and I think you get it with this treadmill. My wife and I use this quite a bit and it has made winter exercising so much more pleasant. The user interface is very easy to use, the controls you need quick access to are right on the console in front of you, such as elevation, speed, fan, etc, so you do n't have to use the touch screen. The screen is easy to use and very user friendly. It links up nicely with the training programs through iFIT and keeps up with the changes. It is very heavy, so make sure you have some help when you are putting it together. Overall I am very happy with the treadmill.

This is better than pretty much any treadmill I have used at a gym. I have not reason to go to a gym with this in my home. It is a pricey piece of equipment, but as it is always said, you get what you pay for. This thing does everything I have needed, or wanted it to do. The stand out feature for me has always been the elevation capabilities, not only that it can go down, below 0, but it can go seriously steep. I have n't actually tried to walk on it with is as steep as it will go because it looks very difficult. I use it to train for multiple things, but primarily I want to hike better, and get better in some rugged terrain, and this is more than capable of allowing me to do that training. The treadmill went together easy, it was easy to put together, and easy to use. The screen, and the user interface is very user friendly. I have n't had difficulty getting it to do what I want. It is seriously heavy though. Which when you are using it, definitely adds to the sturdy feel, and you do n't bounce around. I would just caution you to assemble it relatively close to where you want it to live. It would n't be fun to move around all over the place. Overall, we are very happy with this and I see no reason I will need anything different anytime soon. This is an incentivized review.
