This is a great roller if you are new or like a softer touch on the foam roller. Unlike most of the Trigger Point rollers this one is solid foam which has a little more give and is more comfortable than the hollow core rollers from them. I have this and one the hollow core rollers they both have their plus sides. This is not quite as aggressive and is there fore more tolerable for extensive work or sensitive muscles.

This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I used it every single day, even though it hurt like nobody's business and within a matter of weeks? No more pain. It could have been a combination of this and a good orthotic insert for my shoes, but I think this had a huge part in it. This is worth every single penny in my opinion to help with foot pain like plantar fasciitis. I also use it to roll my wrist from time- to- time as I work at a computer all day and sometimes deal with carpel tunnel. This is a great product.

This thing is AWESOME. For whatever reason I developed foot pain that occurred in the mornings. It eventually worked itself out, but by the end of the day it was back and I found myself rubbing my feet a lot during the evening. I purchased this hoping for some relief. I put it in my bathroom and began using it on my feet while I got ready for work.
