You can not go wrong with the Pegasus in general and when you run in all weather conditions this shoe is an ever bigger step above the core shoe. Not only is the traction and waterproof material great, it somehow does not sacrifice comfort. I feel that I can wear these in all weather conditions and even just around the town. Even with the stronger materials the shoe is still very light weight and does not hinder my run time. I will be purchasing more of these in different colors!

[ I was very impressed when I first tried on the Nike Pegasus 41 GORE- TEX. The fit was a little snug at first but loosened up with wear. Although the shoe is true to size, you may need to up a size if you have wider feet. The shoe is very comfortable and light weight, it felt like I was walking on clouds. The design is simple and thought out as it's waterproof and has good grip. The thick sole provides a lot of cushion and comfort. Even though the sole is thick, the shoe does not feel bulky. It is nice that these shoes are waterproof and have good grip as we are approaching rainy and icy season. I wore these shoes to the gym and it had enough support and grip. What I like about these shoes is that it has a lot of cushion that supports the sole. The only thing I would change about these is to make them a little wider. I have pretty narrow standard feet, but I thought it was a little snug at first.

[ Put these on as soon as they arrived and wow. Definitely recommend thinner socks, but I wore them out to the gym, grocery shopping, to the movies and no complaints, really good heel support. They also pair well with different outfits which can be difficult depending the silhouette. The GORE- TEX material also stood up to the puddles and trenches of a trail walk after a day of rain.

[ I really love these Nike shoes. First off they are very sleek and sporty looking and most importantly they are very comfortable. They are true to size and they are easy to put on and take off. They feel supportive and comfortable for all day wear. I am a hairstylist and I stand on my feet for about 8 to 10 hours a day and they felt surprisingly comfortable with minimal to no soreness on my feet. They ’ re lightweight but have plenty of cushioning to make them comfortable to wear for extended periods and an array of activities. [ This is my second pair of Trail Pegasus, and I like it more than the first one:) The Pegasus are a staple for any running enthusiast, but I had n't worn a pair of trail shoes until recently, and I 'm sold. The sole has a lot more grip, which makes these shoes truly `` all- terrain '', both for trail runs but also for every day walks. On top of that, these shoes include Gore- Tex material, making them water resistant( no more excuses not to go for a run in light rain!). They are as comfy as their non- trail Pegasus counterparts, and they have a very similar fit. This color combination has quickly become a favorite for their versatility. As with any Pegasus, I 'd recommend sizing up half a size if you regularly run long distances( 6+ miles). Looking forward to many trail runs over the summer!

[ Wow! These are my new go- to workout shoes. I do everything in them and have experienced no problems during my Zumba, cycling, running, and HIIT workouts. They ’ re super spongy, almost like walking on one of those rubber bouncy floors at the playground. The mesh material keeps them airy and lightweight. They don ’ t have much grip on indoor hard floors but they still get the job done. Outdoors they ’ re great and really flex well with the changing terrain. The curved sole in the back has a unique design and allows for a lot more mobility than a flat shoe. It ’s almost like rocking in a rocking chair! If I could change one tiny thing I would like to have the foam piece on the back heel sit a little higher for more support but it ’s not a big deal at all, just a personal preference. I needed some hiking shoes to hike North Cascades National Park in Seattle. Never had hiking shoes before, but hated that they looked so clunky. I saw that trail running shoes work well for hikes as well and allow your feet to stay flexible. I saw these for sale and gave it a try. Wow. It genuinely provided so much support for hiking and light jogging. I hiked through brush, rocks, gravel, tree roots, grass, and other terrains. I did n't slip a single time and the shoes really cushioned each step. Safe to say, I would have been doomed with regular running shoes. After hiking a few days, the shoes still looked new! They were a bit dusty from the trail itself, though. Treads on the bottom looked new, did n't see any scratches or gouges, laces were not frayed. I got the Gore- Tex variant, so at the end of the hike, I walked into the shallow end of a lake and wiped them off, no water got in. I half- sized up. My regular shoe size is a 9, but I went 9. 5 because I wore thicker socks and appreciate the toe room during hiking as I do n't want my toes banging the front of the shoe. Feet also swell when hiking. All in all, I hiked around 20 miles on this trip as well as walking around city areas, so probably closer to 30 miles. I had no issues whatsoever and would recommend them. If Nike wants to sponsor me for this review, I 'm all ears because they 've won me over with these purposeful shoes.

I ’ ve had 6 of the 7 generations of TGs, as well as a few of the Vapor Gloves. If you ’ ve never had a minimalist shoe, they are fantastic, but definitely go with Trail before Vapor. This is also good advice to anyone running on harsh trails or loose rocks. These TGs have a lot of absorption, considering the sole thickness. Also, they tell you that the shoes run large, but I would only size up if you have wide feet! If you have normal to narrow feet, I ’ d recommend sticking to size and knowing that they should feel a bit “ sock- like ” without generating any significant toe friction. I just started using them so I can not comment on the quality. I can say that I ’ ve used many categories of Merrell shoes and boots, and with the exception of one single pair of TGs( gen3, I believe), the build quality has been solid.

Overall, I ’ m very happy with this edition of the Trail Glove! I previously left a pretty scathing review for the Trail Glove 6, and I ’ m so happy with the improvements for the 7. The barefoot feel is back with a grippy tread, and the upper leaves room for toe splay. The tread coming up over the big toe took a little breaking in, but after a few runs, it felt fine and is kind of nice to have that toe protection on trail. The TG 7 is my go- to shoe now after stock piling the Trail Glove 4 model for a few years. Yay! Great job. Love the color as well.

I just ordered my second pair of the Rubatos to replace the ones I ordered a year ago. I walk about 1- 4 miles a day and have worn these on about 66% of those walks. They provide plenty of cushioning and support. I can wear these for long periods of time without my lower back and feet hurting. Suggestions to make this the perfect shoe: a little bit better ventilation, a little more width in the toe box and maybe add 1mm to the lugs. The lack of availability in colors and sizes makes me think these are or will be discontinued:>{ I wish Merrell would make more zero drop shoes and sandals.

First of all I don ’ t understand why there is a recommendation for one size up for wide feet since I have wide feet and this fit perfectly maybe for those with extreme wide feet it ’s recommended to go half size up. Second this shoes are extremely comfortable and good looking as well. The upper mesh is breathable and water resistant as far as I heart but I am not going to that that:) all in all I don ’ t see any negative in this shoe. Let ’s run them for maybe 2 years and see if my option changes. This shoes ain ’ t cheap so they better hold up for few years at least.

[ I 've been using these shoes as my off- road runners and hiking shoes since I received them, and they 're excellent. They 're lightweight, fit snugly, and have great traction. In the rocky AZ terrain, I had sure footing. I did n't find there to be a breaking in period, either, which is unusual. I had no blisters or hot spots on my usual spots: my heels and toes. They were breathable, too, so my feet did n't get too hot. I highly recommend.

[ This is my first time trying Brooks shoes, and I 've never worn a running shoe quite like this one. It is extremely light& cushiony and feels like I 'm walking on clouds, yet the wide base offers a great amount of stability and grip. The shoe also provides great foot and arch support. I used the Caldera 7s both on dirt trails and climbing rocks, and the soles seem to conform and adjust to different types of surfaces which helps relieve pressure on my joints. Although they are trail- running shoes, I would wear them for everyday walking or standing because they 're that supportive and comfy. They run true to size- I am a size 10 in Women's, and they fit perfectly. The mesh fabric is breathable, and I 'm impressed that Brooks uses recycled materials for their shoes. The bold design of the Caldera 7 is n't quite what I would typically wear, but the shoes look great on, and the colors are very eye- catching. My podiatrist recommended Brooks shoes a while back, and I can now see why. I 'm a new fan!

[ I have to rave about the Brooks Caldera 7's for a moment! Initially, when I received them I was skeptical about the height of the sole because even though I 'd consider myself an athlete, I am also a clutz. I 'm stoked to say that I have had zero issues with the height and I absolutely LOVE the extra cushion these shoes provide, while being very light weight! I 've never had a shoe that feels like it's providing great spring for your next step, but these definitely do.( I had a botched foot surgery, so I am VERY selective on shoes.) I know these are technically a trail runner, but they have become my everyday shoe as a Midwesterner in this frigid winter weather. The Caldera 7's have provided much comfort on slick, icy parking lots and sidewalks because the grip is out of this world. The Hoka One One men's Bondi Sr shoe is my second pair of Hoka One One men's shoes, first recommended by my orthopedist. This recent purchase gives me two pair of Hokas so I do not need to wear the same pair two days in a row. They are supportive and very comfortable. Hoka One One has moved forward over the past several years from the downright ugly shoes I first purchased to today's styles. The down side to the shoes is that they are borderline clown shoes-- big in the forward( toe) section, not svelte.

Just breaking in my Montrail Trinity AG Trail Shoes. Out of the box, this shoe checks all the boxes. The seamless mesh upper and overlays bode well for comfort and longevity. After sliding them on, literally, easy entry and hugged my foot( Navic Foot System). It's the little things about this shoe that I appreciate. As an middle aged runner, easy on and easy off is appreciated. The laces are not your typical lace, made with some stretch that again makes for an easy comfortable fit. Nice cushioning on the ankle as well. The Trinity has a 8mm drop with 32mm/24mm stack and form me that worked perfectly. First two runs were in soggy spring conditions with a mix of gravel and single track. The 4mm lugs grip well and gave me confidence on the downhills even on that ever tricky wet Ohio clay. Did n't notice the lugs other than their grip which is complimented by the outsole( Adapt Trax), which is a good thing! The ride was smooth and responsive( Techlite+Dual Density Midsole), you DO N'T get the feeling of riding too high that leads to a loss of stability and performance like I 've felt in other max cushioned shoes. The Trinity has married cushion and performance seamlessly. I was able to glide along on the flats as well as take the sharp turns with confidence then bomb the downhills. I had this slight forward propulsion feeling that is always welcome, that comes from the Tech( Adaptive Guidance Pebex Plate) that also does the job taking on heavier rocks and roots. Bottom line these shoes are exactly what I 've been lookin for in a trail shoe. Looking forward to the next 500 miles in these bad boys!

This shoe has become my go to everyday shoe for knocking around or hilly neighborhood hiking. We have a lot of good trails near our house and the streets to get to them have a lot of hills and trees that provide shade and encourage wildlife. These shoes provide a stable and well cushioned platform for older feet with metal repairs and really make walking a lot less about thinking about how my feet feel. I have tried a number of expensive shoes and these are the ones I grab for most of the time.

[ Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ’s are currently my favorite Sneakers! I have more than a few colorways. So when I found out that Nike was coming out with a Roam Winterized version I was super excited to see what the silhouette would look like. These do not disappoint! They have the same great fit and feel of the regular Vomero 5 ’s. Very comfortable and super easy to slide on and go. I really like that the laces just have to be tightened and clipped. The materials would be comparable to almost like a rain coat vibe, allowing the outdoor elements to just slide off. The rubber mudguard adds a rain boot aspect without being an actual boot. I ’ m a big fan of a chunky midsole; and the bright yellow on the sole adds a nice pop of color breaking up the neutrality of this colorway. These do feel slightly heavier but not enough to notice as the day goes on. 10/10!!
