I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

The quality of the machine is right for the price paid. If you have a long stride, this may not work well for you as the length of travel in the arc is shorter than most machines. That said, the unit is more compact than others and will fit in smaller spaces because of the shorter arc. Packaging was adequate. The included assembly `` instructions '' were not.( Scan the QR code on the cover of the included documentation to access detailed assembly materials.) Lastly, the bolts provided to secure the moveable arms do not fully seat themselves in the bolt openings. DO NOT over tighten them. Doing so will snap the fastener.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. I should have done more research before buying. This bike is not pedal assist at all. The motor is basically useless as it does not provide any assistance while pedaling. If you have your feet on the pedals but do n't pedal, it does not move no matter what level you are on.. I ordered for my wife who has bad knees and was hoping it would assist her in pedaling but unfortunately it does n't. It will work for her somewhat but it's not what i thought it would be. With that said we will probably keep it. I did give 4 stars though. because it was my mistake for not doing my homework. If you are looking for a pedal assist bike however, this is not.

This is a good piece of exercise equipment. I ’ ve had something similar in the 90 ’ after I had my child and it got me in good shape. I don ’ t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn ’ t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it ’s not as comfortable. I ’ m still adjusting the seat and resistance. The size is nice, it fits in my small office and it ’s easy to place against a wall. I like the work out videos on YouTube, they are easy to follow. I tried it without the videos and it was so long and boring, I gave up after a few minutes. But I ’ ve followed several workouts and I ’ m starting to really like it. We spent a week researching every treadmill described as __quote__folding__quote__ to find one with the smallest distance from the wall when folded. We have a small home and wanted a treadmill that could be stored against the wall, taking up the least amount of space from the wall. After spending an hour or two assembling it, we turned the page in the manual to find __quote__how to fold__quote__. Basically, this treadmill folds by undoing all the steps we just completed to assemble it! It is not really a folding treadmill. Taking apart is not the same as folding, in our opinion.

Great treadmill for what I need. It fits my needs perfectly. I found only one issue with it and that is the electric plug. It can not be plugged into a GFCI type outlet. It will trip the outlet not the breaker. It is listed near the end of the owner's manual, and they request a dedicated outlet. I have mine in the cellar and national electric code requires in those locations a GFCI outlet must be installed. I still have it in the cellar. Love it!

I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. I have several Bowflex products and am a fan of the brand due to the build quality and features. Two things that sold me on the Bowflex T9 vs other competing treadmill was the smaller footprint when folded up, and the Apple Watch integration. You basically just turn on the treadmill, hold your Apple Watch over a sensor area, and choose your exercise( indoor run, indoor walk, etc). I love while all the stats, including heart rate captured from your watch, are shown on the treadmill dash. Another great product from Bowflex. And a final tip: if you are going to set this up on a second floor, hire movers. The base is heavy and was hard even for three people. But we did it.
