It's warm and comfy. Soft fleece, lots of zippers and pockets. Got the gray, the fleece is different from my other Denali's. The fleece is maybe softer than the usual Denali fleece. The fleece does shed, which I guess happens with the softer fleece. It is way more cropped than the older Denali as well. The name should say `` Cropped ''. I 'm considering sizing up to see if it will make any difference, but that means the sleeves will be much wider. I 'm not sure why the under arms are soooo huge maybe to decrease sweating hence the zippers under the arms. They should have two options for the Denali, one with a regular length and one cropped for women. This one is functional, but will rise up. I buy a new Denali every few years, this one is very different. The prices keep going up and the jackets and sweaters keep getting shorter.

This jacket is very soft, medium weight and warm. I usually wear M size and bought L this time. It is fit perfectly with a hoodie inside. There is a hide pocket inside to hold phone which is a plus for me. I like the blue color very much. Highly recommend this jacket.

It's freezing in Missouri and my Junior H. S grandson needed a `` cool '' parka that would pass the discerning taste of the typical Junior High student and his friends. The McMurdo Parka fulfilled all the requirements. He took a photo with what he called his `` male model face ''.. or too cool to smile. But he love is new coat!

This Parka had to be `` cool '' enought to actually be worn by a Junior High School boy, and it had to be warm enough to wear in the freezing Missouri winters. My grandson loves it. Love the heated vests, they are really great for those cold days outside. I currently own two. The power pack lifespan is not very long, so I suggest carrying two. Nothing more useless than a heated vest with a dead battery.
