Almost the perfect shorts ever! So close!( just needs elastic in the waistband to be 5 star). What I love:( 1) the pockets are amazing- all women's bottoms should have such great, deep pockets, with a mix of zipped and buttons! LOVE that! THANK YOU, Fjallraven, for the pockets!( 2) The length of the legs is great. I hate short shorts, but usually longer shorts make me look frumpy... not these. I like to roll them up one hem- length and love how that looks/feels.( 3) The curvy fit is SO FLATTERING. I never thought that longer shorts could look so good on me. These look amazing. Who knew!( 4) Stretch- the fabric overall feels great and stretchy and durable.( 5) Colour- I got the navy, and they just look so nice, with the little logo icon fox standing out nicely against the dark blue. My husband even commented on the colour.( 6) The waist sits perfectly- not too high, not too short. Hits a nice spot.. Why not a 5- star review? Because I REALLY want some elastic/stretch in the waist. I love my Stina trousers, which are comfortable all day due to the small elastic sections they have put into the waistband. These shorts are comfortable for a while, but the lack of elastic in the waist means I start feeling the waist/button dig in after a few hours, or during different positions/activities. They just need to fix this, and I would be buying all the colours and getting rid of all my other shorts!. Should you buy some? I think it's worth getting a pair, for sure. Functionality, quality, and flattering fit are superb. I wo n't be buying a second pair in hopes that Fjallraven will make the EXACT same shorts with some elastic in the waist! Fjallraven, please do n't change a thing about these except put elastic in the waist!!!

These are quite seriously the best pair of shorts that I have ever owned. They come in sizes not often available in the US, have room in the hips to move around in, and have extremely durable but stretchy fabric; particularly in the middle so movement is never limited. The only ways they could get even better would be to have a zipper leg attachments and the black fabric colors to initially come as one blending color.- Additional Bonus: The pocket set up is amazing!

I recently purchased a pair of ferrosi shorts, 7 '' length. I 'm 5' 4 and I think the length is great. They are come to a couple of inches above my knee( long enough that there is no inner thigh chaffing) and the shorts are n't too tight in the leg opening( I 'm more curvy vs slim in the thigh). I still have room in the hips, but they fit nicely and give me some shape. And my legs do n't look like sticks hanging out of a barrel!;) This fabric has a nice, silky feel to it. Just received my new Ferrosi shorts and am very impressed. Very lightweight( perfect for our hot/humid summers), breathable and the perfect amount of stretch. The secure zip pockets are perfect when out scrambling, wo n't loose any belongings. Stitching is strong and really like the 1 sided front mesh pockets to vent out heat and moisture. Only minor issue is they could be a little deeper. Otherwise fantastic shorts, you wo n't be disappointed at all

The fit of these shorts is great and I love the high functionality( zip fly, zip pocket), without the high weight. I 'm a muscular thigh guy at 5' 8 '' and 165lbs and the 31 '' fits great, very streamlined straight leg fit. I 've been wearing for a few weeks. These are turning into my workout shorts. Have done done a few base training runs and they 're comfortable and feel great. I 'm not sure I would wear them on a really long run but did 90min run in them and they were great. Will use them for camping/ hiking/ swim combo this summer for sure. I travel quit a bit and wanted a pair of shorts that I could work out in, trail run, swim in, etc. Also wanted something that would dry quickly. These are great for that. I generally wear a shorter inseam specifically or trail running, but this inseam was a more modest and `` everyday comfortable '' approach. Got the shorts with the AirShell Hoody and together they 're a great combo. Would recommend as a all purpose trail short.

I bought these shorts at the end of last year and they probably the most comfortable shorts I have ever worn. Great design and the deep map pocket is very secure if you want to keep a wallet safe. They are a bit stiff due to to water repellent coating but wear in. Great product, great materials and very comfortable to wear.

Literally. I 've bought my first pair in 2007 and I 'm still wearing them, did not have to repair them at all, and were my only shorts for 5 years in a row( I did n't choose to wear any other). I really like the upgraded mobile phone pockets, it does n't disturb you at all even when cycling, and I can comfortably put an umbrella in the axe pocket without even feeling it. The positioning of the pockets are great, they can only be disturbing when you fully stuff them, but that can be a really handy option, when you do not have a bag with you. I also like that there are no back pockets, it is much more comfortable for me like that when walking, and I can sit anytime, no need to remove my things from the back. Yes, they are expensive, but if you consider the durability it is a very good offer. I am buying the third one after 16 years. The one I 've bought 3 years ago looks like new, but the material becomes softer with the time. And they just look so cool, love them!

I would n't purchase these in a light color because they readily absorb stains and will NOT release them. The elastic waistband and drawstring in front helps to create a comfortable and secure fit. There are 2 large pockets in the front and 3 pockets in the back. I love these shorts! They don ’ t ride up, they don ’ t wrinkle, and they are super comfortable. They have a wide slimming waste band with an external draw string. The front pockets are ample sized with grommets which will drain water should it get in. There is also a back zip pocket. It washes very easily and comes out wrinkle free. My only negative comment is the size runs slightly small.
