The waistband is the best part for me because it does n't dig in or roll over on itself. the shorts are pretty thin but even with my phone and wallet in my pocket I did n't get that weird thing where the pocket drops below the hem of the shorts. They feature two side pockets which work well for keys or a wallet when using casually, but I wouldn ’ t using them for anything valuable while running. There is a zip close back pocket that is large enough for your phone but not too big to where it will bounce around. I have worn these with leggings underneath and on their own and had no issues with chafing or hot spots. The drawcord allows a custom fit and stays tied even during my longest runs( 10+ miles). Some initial impressions:- They really weren ’ t kidding about the pockets! So many of them( hidden, zipped, small, large, front, back, you name it!). I ’ m not share how secure some pockets are, but in general, very convenient.- The material is very lightweight but sturdy. There ’s a mesh inner layer underneath as well, which looks very breathable and comfy.- The shorts are super adjustable! I accidentally got a large for my brother, but we were able to make it work because of the elastic waist and drawstrings.- The shirts have some loops meant for hiking poles( so cool?!). I bet you could also add a carabiner or something.- I really liked the neutral color scheme. The top of the shorts is gray and has an interesting plaid print.- They are a little pricier than what I ’ m used to, but given the unique features, I think this might be worth it for an avid hiker or if they ’ re on sale. One thing I would change about these shorts would be the fitting of the shorts once I first put them on. The shorts are comfortable but for someone with thicker thighs, the internal lining could cut into the thigh. I would get a size bigger just for my thighs.

I ’ m a PT and avid runner. Been working out for 25 years and running for 17. My holy grail shoes/ clothing and items which ultimately can work well for both gym and running. The DSG brand are my go- to compression shorts and easily my favorite of the 3- 4 other brands I own. The comfort and fit are perfect and I love the 7 '' length. These are the first thing I grab whether I 'm working, golfing, or hitting the gym.

bought these shorts to use on a Pelaton bike+, I have never worn any other bike shorts, So I have nothing to compare them too. It was also the only pair of mens shorts the had is store. I have. no complains so for far, easy to wash and dry and seem like they will hold up for a long time. These shorts are made well with high quality material. I would recommend!

[ This is my third pair of these Zoic shorts. You know it ’s a good pair of shorts when you dont even have to think about them while riding. Enough storage to carry everything you want on a ride. Inseam length is perfect as well( just above the knee for me).

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and it go better from there. The look was good enough to wear even when not riding and the added liner was super comfortable.
