The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. The pockets are a good size, but anything in them will swing as you run or walk fast. the draw string come in handy to tie the shorts off and hold them up.

The Vanish Woven shorts by UA are my go- to shorts for tennis, although I wear them very often casually as well. The six- inch inseam is a blessing as the longer shorts get stuck on my sweaty legs and, frankly, longer shorts look goofy on someone my age. I have been wearing UA shorts throughout the 2000's, but the Vanish Woven are the most comfortable by far. I can stick a ball in the pocket when serving or rallying, and they do n't feel different. They dry quickly on most days, and do n't droop with sweat on the most humid days. They also wash very well. I 'm glad to add a printed version to my collection.
