These pants are awesome for winter outdoor and athletic activities. They are lined and windproof, so you can wear them when it is pretty cool to cold and your legs stay warm. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. The extra cargo pockets on the legs are great to put your phone in and they snap so your items are secure, but still easily accessible. The regular pockets all have zippers, so again, everything you put in them stays secure no matter what you are doing.

[ These are literally the only non- wide leg outdoor pants that have ever fit my thighs and hips without falling down or gaping at the waist. I love them so much. They are so durable. I love that the fabric is weather resistant, quick drying, and ventilated. I love Fjällräven ’s warranty. They aren ’ t quite as high rise on the back as I would like, but otherwise these are amazing and comfortable and I would happily grab a drink or dinner in the( admittedly very casual) PNW urban area after. These are not my first pair and will not be my last, but that ’s because I love them so much. The first ones from a few years ago are still holding up despite multiple slides on scree, grazes with my crampons, and other issues that lesser pants could never dream to be able to handle. They are long, but the edges are raw so you can hem them yourself. I have adenomyosis and endometriosis and so sometimes I get that pregnant- looking belly, and then they do feel tight, but that ’s true of almost everything. Normal bloating doesn ’ t make them uncomfortable. For me, I would say they run larger than almost all trousers but smaller than the Fjällräven Abisko trekking and trail tights.

I have a hard time finding pants long enough for my 33 '' inseam, but these pants are perfect! I 'm 5' 8 '', 140 pounds, with a slim build and the medium fits perfectly. I do wish they were a bit thicker( like this version from years ago), but they are thick enough for construction work. They happen to be just right for backpacking in the Winds of Wyoming- warm days, cold nights. As to the comments from others about being too tight, order a larger size… Pockets are adequate for what I put in them but they are not giant cargo pockets. No offense, but size up. I ’ m specifically speaking to my thiqq boys that make noise in the gym. We love leg day, we do it because it allows us to hike for longer. We do it for the glutes. Trust me when I say it ’s not you it ’s them. Size up and thank me later. Aside from the sizing I love these and I personally think they are a great investment if you want to take your hiking attire to the next level. Ventilation isn ’ t the cure for everything and everyone sweats differently. The ventilation here definitely cured my souther sweat factory. I used these on a hike and my back was getting sweaty so on way back I ventilated and holy cow what a difference. You sacrifice a pocket and some thigh space by having the zipper to ventilate but this thiqq boy doesn ’ t like to chafe and am I happy I found these. I still give these a 5 star regardless of the size up. I do not like to have a sweaty bottom or back and this did exactly what I needed. Take the time and invest in gear that will last longer, haste makes chafe.

I bought these because I liked the zip- off Ferrosi's so much and these pants are great! Despite being in the same family, the fabric feels a little different between these and the zip- offs but still incredibly stretchy and breathable. Like the zip- off, these have the built- in draw string and leg cuffs which is handy for ditching the belt and being able to pull up the cuffs if you like. These have become more of my casual around town pant now because they 're just so comfortable.

The weight and fabric is breathable light. It is the lightest pants I have hiked with. In areas where shorts are not the best option but it is hot these have been a life saver! This is my first Fjallraven pair of trousers. I 've previously bought from other outdoor brands. Pros: Material seems high quality and very breathable even with long johns underneath. It feels durable and the stitching is immaculate. It has a lot of ventilation pockets and deep storage pockets. Deep pocket placement is great so items wo n't poke you while walking or squatting/sitting. The ankles are slightly flared so thick socks and boots can fit comfortably. They also have buttons so you can do a tighter fit. It is comfortably high waisted and makes movement smooth/easy. I have a curvy figure and the fit is very flattering. No crotch seam. Cons: there are questionable too many seams, which squeeze on you when squatting or bending the knee, but the pants may be flexible because of the seams. It is not a stretchy material so your size is very important. It hugs your waist, so it is not easy to put the pants on as a curvy person. Once it's on, it feels like a second skin though. It does run small. I was hoping a large would let me wear a base layer, but it just barely fits. With the amount of seams, a base layer will probably protect your skin from seams digging in. Will update once I take it out for a few weeks.

I bought a pair of these pants four years ago love them so much bought another pair two years ago they 've become my favourites and I overwear them. They still look like new except for a small pick on the thigh of my newer pair but I 'm the only one who knows it's there. Most comfortable pants ever for working and bending they stretch in all the right places. My husband and I even wear them skiing with an under layer. Fabulous secure pockets for multitool, phone and wallet. Never put them in the dryer and you will get many happy years with them. They are expensive but worth the money. I have received more compliments on these pants than all my other clothes combined. I bought the green and cabin red.

Great fit where the curved was too tight in waist and too loose in hips and thighs. I weight 135 and the size 4 fits perfectly.

My daughter got me a pair of these pants for Christmas last year. When I tried them on I instantly fell in love with how they felt. They were a little big in the waste and slightly long. However, what I really love about these pants are the ankle straps and the ability to cinch them around your boots. Perfect hunting pant in my opinion with leg/thigh vents and large pockets fir phone and e- collar remote, or anything you carry. They are super comfortable, water resistant on the legs, and they dry quickly everywhere. I love them so much that I 'm ordering my 3rd pair( my second pair I ordered a size smaller sz. 4, and they fit perfectly) and a pair for my son in law and husband for Christmas. For reference, I 'm 5' 2 135# with Athletic build.

5 stars! My favorite pants. In the old version( pre- 2023) I wore a size 38 Reg, and the hung lower on my waist, in the new revised version I wear a size 36 Reg and they are a bit higher waisted. I prefer the newer version as it fits my waist better. I ’ m 5 ’ 6, 125lbs, 36 ” hip, 28 ” waist.

[ I bought the blue ones while they were on sale over the holidays. Very durable pants meant for rugged hiking and/or backpacking. High quality! I think they 'll be perfect for a January adventure to Iceland! And the blue is a gorgeous color!
