I love these ones specifically because they ’ re form fitting and flattering( they hide the mom pouch!) and they ’ re very comfortable. They ’ re size accurate and come down to a nice length for biker shorts, they ’ re not too short and seem appropriate for most situations especially during the summer since there ’s no pattern/giant logo so you could easily dress them up with a longer dressier shirt or pair with any shirt to go work out. I will be wearing them full time as soon as spring gets here. They are comfortable and very breathable. I enjoy the thin fabric but thicker liner on the under layer. The band around my waist provides control for the areas of my belly that aren ’ t fully toned. There ’s a small pocket in the back to clip phone or headphones, what have you. The design on them is just enough without being loud. I like a darker short. These have the perfect cut along the thigh so not to rub and cause friction while running.

[ These are the times that I wished I lived in a warmer climate. The Brooks Chaser 3 '' Short 2. 0 are everything I want in a short. Soft fabric, cute design, cut to not creep, plenty of pockets! Unfortunately, it's winter, so they have n't been my go- to due to weather. I 've tested them out during my limited indoor workouts, but they have n't let me down. I love the big back pocket to fit my ID and a locker key. The backside also had a dependable zipper pocket which will be useful on longer runs this spring/summer/fall. The waistband is a bit wider, which I personally really like and has a hidden drawstring if needed. I 'm currently 31 weeks pregnant and it fits comfortably under my belly because of the stretchy fabric. Looking forward to a lot more use in the coming months!

The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. The pockets are a good size, but anything in them will swing as you run or walk fast. the draw string come in handy to tie the shorts off and hold them up.

I wore these for the first time on a 7 mile run today and I decided mid- run to order another pair as soon as I got home. These are my favorite new running leggings for warmer weather! I had gels and keys in the side pockets and phone in the back pocket and everything was super secure, the leggings did n't ride down or move during the run at all, which I find usually happens with a phone pocket. I wish I had these for the half marathon I ran last week! I love that I do n't need to wear a running belt with these since they hold so much. The leggings are super comfortable, flattering, and did n't need any stretch or wear- in period. I 've tried many pairs of cropped running leggings over the years and they either do n't have pockets, pockets are n't big enough, they ride down, the thigh band is too tight, etc.- these do n't have any of those issues!

I received the shorts and they were `` as advertised ''. The fit was exactly as described. I almost hesitated to purchase them based on a review I read. It indicated the pockets failed when the reviewer put his phone in the pocket. No such issue on my part and that includes the protective case that covers my phone. It was snug and has no movement in the shorts while I run which means I can run comfortably without strapping the phone to my arm or leave it behind.

Ran my second marathon in these. Perfect. Did n't even know they were there—except when I needed to grab my gels from the side pockets. Tested out with a 17 mile long run before the race. Both times no issues with chaffing. Might be a little warm on a hot day, but perfect for mid 50s- 60s.
