I will have to play around with lacing tightness to figure out that best heel hold but that's the case with most shoes imo. The midsole is incredible and I 'm sure it will take on the abuse well, the bounce and propulsion is entirely new for me, I have never experienced something like this before. It would be a waste to use this for easy/slow runs since the rocker and midsole are clearly for running at faster paces.

I did n't grow up wearing flat style shoes. Typically i need a thick outsole and high arch support. Somehow these shoes dont make my feet ache the way other similar ones do. they have a good arch and fit very comfortably. I would n't wear these as an exercise shoe but as a casual/work/lifestyle shoe they are super great. might have to get another pair.
