We bought this a couple months ago to take baseball bats on an airplane for a tournament. Ca n't carry on baseball bats. This bag will fit 3 bats but it's a tight fit. One bat needs to be rotated 180 and you need to pull the bats out slightly to line them up to slide them in. 2 bats, no problem. Why 3 bats? great question. This bag just came and I put all my stuff in and had lots if room. I have never found a bat pack as spacious as this one. The one downside to this bag is it has no felt lined phone pocket. Other than that great bag and would highly recommend!
