My gamer has been the ProV1x primarily for its spin and higher flight. However after reviewing several reviews of the Chrome Tour X, I decided to give the ball a try. Glad I did, the Chrome Tour X has been a great ball for me thus far( 8 rounds). Great feel off the putter and spins well around the green. Approach shots have been great with the ability to shape the shot. Ball flight is also to my preference hitting the window I like to give me confidence in my shot. Off the tee the ball has great distance. So far I have had a great experience with the new Chrome Tour X; out of bunkers I haven ’ t noted any more scuffs as compared to the ProV1x. I will say that this is Callaway ’s best ball design as of yet, well done!

I switched to Chrome Tour X for more spin after playing Chrome Tour last year. I find the Chrome Tour and Chrome Tour X play pretty similarly outside of 150 yards and after that I start to notice the extra spin, and really notice it around the greens. I like the TruTrack version for seeing how the ball reacts around the greens.

Took a chance with the Tour X and ordered 5 dozen. Man is this ball long, great spin out of the sand, chip shots are easier now, and accuracy increased 10 fold. Best ball I ’ ve used. I ’ ve been using the prov1x for a long time and was very happy with it until I tried these ones out. I hit a paradym driver and these feel great off the drive. Great distance and control around the green. 10/10

I switched from the ProV1X to the Chrome Tour this winter and spring. Definitely noticed there is less spin on my drives, allowing for more consistency and distance. Even better when playing in windy conditions. The Chrome Tours still provides plenty of spin coming onto the greens. I like the fact that when playing from tight lies, the Tours back up generally 5ft to 10ft vs 10ft to 20ft with the ProV1X. The Tours fit my game best!

Honestly, this is my all time favorite golf ball. The Chrome Tour golf ball is a real game- changer. First off, the distance is amazing. Whether I 'm using a driver or my longer irons, it seems to just fly – consistently long, with a nice, piercing ball flight that cuts through the wind. I ’ ve noticed extra yards off the tee, and I can count on a solid roll when it hits the fairway. Also, this ball spins a lot on short irons into the green. The workability is another highlight. The ball feels responsive, and I can shape my shots with ease. Whether I ’ m trying to hit a fade or a draw, I have full control. It just feels great in my hands, especially when I 'm making those more touchy shots under pressure. But what really impresses me is the short game spin. Around the greens, it ’s fantastic. I can get my chips and pitches to check up quickly, even on firmer greens. The ball just grabs and holds, which gives me a ton of confidence when I ’ m trying to stop a wedge shot close to the hole. The biggest thing I noticed was how it spins on the greens from flop shots. I like to hit lop shots, and this ball execedds my expatitions for spin on flop shots. All in all, the Chrome Tour has really stepped up my game. It offers great distance, solid workability, and incredible spin around the greens. The feel is a bit firmer than most balls which I like. Definitely a ball I ’ ll keep in my bag.

Started playing Callaway balls with the Chrome Soft XLS a few years ago, and loved the low spin performance off the tee. I 'd say it gave me 10- 15 yards less left/right dispersion on mishits, compared to other premium golf balls on the market at the time. Being a high speed/high spin player( 5 handicap, 175 ball speed), keeping the ball straight off the tee is my biggest lever for scoring well. However, CS XLS was definitely on the firm side of feel, and I was hoping for a softer version. Chrome Tour is absolutely the answer!!! Same low spin performance off the tee with soft feel around the greens, wo n't play anything else these days.( Sidenote, pretty cool how the Callaway manufacturing process protects the Truvis/Trutrack stampings by printing below the final outer layer, which keeps the designs looking fresh even after playing a few rounds! Other manufacturers customizations are screen printed on the outside and get torn up immediately)

I have used the Callaway Supersoft for a while. It performs really well for my game. It's long, has great feel and I can make it stop on a dime on the greens. Often very close to the pitch mark. The price is excellent also. I can get two dozen for less than the ProVs and for me they work just a well.

I have been using Callaway balls for some time now. The Super Soft fly long off the driver and long irons. They go high and stop quickly with the short irons. I love the feel off the putter. I have been shooting in the 70's all summer with these balls.
