I use these for bike packing on any bike where I put some sort of bladder in a frame bag. I tape the receiving end to the handlebars or aerobars. These are far superior than any other magnetic clips I 've ever tried, where the hose inevitability becomes loose and starts flopping around. With the camelbak design it's super easy to release and to clip back on and I 've never had it accidentally come off. Great product!

These do wear out with heavy usage and have to be replaced once they start the mysterious slow leak, in which water escapes into the backpack with no discernible source. I 've been purchasing Camelbak packs going on 16 years and now have at least one designated to each activity I do; running, MTB, Cycling, Hiking, and working outside. I would say I still love the fit and durability of each different style I have( the one I use for working outside is the first Rogue I purchased in 2008), and I 'm really happy Camelbak finally upgraded the bite valve design, but the added magnetic clip placement still needs a more permanent home to affix to on the shoulder strap or chest strap, or something. When the only place to affix it to is somewhere along the adjustable side of the chest strap it's just never in a constant place to mindlessly clip it back in. Otherwise, I 'm still a loyal and satisfied user.

The twist top on both bottles is so tight, it unscrews when you turn it. I did n't use either of them on the metric century ride I did last weekend, which is why i made the purchase. Very disappointed

Hard size to find, to fit my old Mazda Miata custom center console. Most others are too large to fit. Delivery was quick, I thought the price was right, non- spill cap open or closed is a great feature. Even like the color!
