I just picked up this great treadmill today& finish walking 2 miles on incline so far it so good. The remote issue I found out which the issue was someone forgot to mention as you plug in your treadmill the switch on the side hold down the plus sign on the remote as you flip the treadmill switch on from the side keep holding just the plus button on remote as the unit turns on you should be about 2- 3 beeps before you can let go of it. I had to use the app right away to get the unit running because I couldn ’ t figure out the remote at first.

Lots to love about this cycle. First, it's super easy to assemble. Second, it's super quiet! The quietest exercise machine I have. Third, very lightweight, so easily portable. I move it where I want it. Finally, it's really flexible, so it's great for multiple user. Two cons, though: 1) the seat is super hard! Too hard for my ample tushy, so I have to use a pillow. And 2) if you use a laptop, there is no room to use the cupholder. It does fit if you use a tablet, however.

I recently had total knee replacement surgery and developed complications with scar tissue build- up on the patella tendon, femur, and tibia. After undergoing a post- op knee manipulation to break up the scar tissue, I bought the Wirk cycle to use to keep my knee loose and to use it in the rehabilitation process. I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!

I bought this rack a month ago to build a home gym and it has exceeded my expectations! The 3×3 11 gauge steel is high quality and as good as any commercial gym I 've been to. The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

This piece of machinery is amazing, I have yet to go to the gym after I got this. Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. Definitely have recommended it plenty of times.

I was looking for more than just a pull- up bar when I found the Fortress power tower. I am very pleased with this so far. It's a little pricey, but worth the money- it's a quality product that is well made and designed. I used to use a 1 inch pipe in the rafters of my garage to do pullups and then I saw this product. I bought it and what a difference. There are all kinds of variations of pull ups and chin ups you can do as well as dips, leg lifts and plyo jumps. The fortress is well build and well worth the money.

This is my favorite piece of exercise equipment! It requires two people to set up but is relatively easy and quick to assemble. I am 47 and fairly fit. I have weak upper back muscles and have found this to be a wonderful way to exercise those hard to reach muscles. I have exercised muscles that I did n't know existed and were in desperate need of exercise! I feel that this was a good investment for equipment that I can use for the rest of my life! I bought this to address a health issue and so that I could practise Pilates more than once a week. So far, so good and I feel much more inclined to work out when there's no travel involved( climbing into a car seat exacerbates my hip problem!) I now use it every day and I am looking to move up a level on workouts. The added bonus is that my teenage daughters have started to use it to complement their sporting activities.

I bought a smaller version first, but exchanged it for the Aeropilates reformer pro xp 556 for two reasons. 1) the first was too short( I 'm 5' 10 '') and 2) the folding version has a bump in the rails the carriage rides on because it folds. Exchanged it with no problems. Got my new reformer and I 'm sooooo pleased. I work out on it every evening before going to bed. It is so relaxing, so challenging and so effective!!! I 'm 54 and suffer with back issues and arthritis. My regular workouts are helping relieve the arthritis pain( that's the reason I do it before bedtime) and strengthening my core muscles to help with back issues. I see this as an investment because it is an exercise routine made to age with. The quality is amazing. The carriage is very smooth, the frame is super sturdy and it's very versatile allowing a large number of exercises you can perform. I am planning on buying the box and pole that go with it to work more on my low back. If you buy it and use it, I think you will love your reformer too!!!

I used to do floor Pilates and never thought it was fun. However, now that I have my own Pilates machine, I find myself drawn to using it nearly daily. I feel good after exercising with it and it never gets boring. My body is really changing and getting stronger. As far as set up goes, my DH and I worked together for about an hour and a half to put the machine together. It was n't difficult, but it was time consuming.

My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!
