This is one of the two scooters that I ordered and it was easy to assemble. It was a joyful experience. The other scooter however has been a nightmare! It came with faulty parts. Then parts were replaced without completion. Next the expedited order was placed for the grips. We ’ ve spent hours trying to put the scooter together with no success. Our last step is that the grips are much too resistant for human strength to put on the handlebars. What a bummer! I will definitely give an honest review to others about mongoose customer service

Took less than 10 minutes from opening the box to getting this ready to ride. It ’s lightweight and doesn ’ t take up much space. We actually carry three of these in the back of our little vehicle. This one is a little low to the ground; just be aware of this if taking to a skate park with steeper ramps. It goes does the ramps fine, but could drag one the top.( Just rock side to side to “ walk ” it into position so you don ’ t scratch the bottom.). My 9& 10 year old love this scooter! If you have a speed demon I highly suggest this one or the Air 3.

We bought this for my 93 year old husband who was having problems walking. He loves it and uses it on flat sidewalks and on a street near us that is closed to traffic on weekends. Our 6 year old grandson had to teach him how to wiggle and now he has caught on to the technique. As a former cross country skier, the motion came naturally. The hand brakes are excellent. It was easy to put together. Now the problem is how to get it back from the grandson who also loves it. Maybe we 'll have to buy another one for him soon!

My son who is 3 has this scooter in blue. It ’s the nicest bold blue colour which he absolutely loves. The scooter was so easy to unwrap out of the box and put up. It literally took minutes to put up and then he was off learning how to use it. It is really well built and safe to use. It ’s easy to teach small children how to use a scooter as it doesn ’ t topple over easy like other scooters. The wheels are thick and give extra support. This is my first hoverboard and its been an awesome experience so far. Got this product in a steal deal and loving it. Easy to use, learned it in first attempt. My 4 year child also uses it with all precautions at home, thou it is advisable dir 12+ but he loves to ride it at home. I 52 years old and 225 pounds. I bought the A5 air to ride with my grand child. We ride up and down hills. She's 3 years old and I purchased her a kids razor. I bottom out the A5 air when I got it to test what the reviews were saying about it. And to test the build quality because of all the negative reviews. It's the smoothest ride I 've ever had on a scooter and I ride in the grass and messed up roads. The build quality is awesome but there is a few things I would modify: 1. For the height I would change the tire height to 10 or 15 to handle speed bumps. 2. Length to 25 or 27 3. Width to 6 or 7 4. Make the T bar 2 inches taller 5. Add a hand break 6. Add a carrying strap 7. Make the weight limit 300lbs I know you can find changes on a BMX style one but that one is n't convenient for me. I want be able to fold it up when I go to the office or class to put it under my desk. I wish you had made A5 Air when I lived in Seoul Korea. Those hard plastic wheels hurt my hands and were uncomfortable on different surfaces. If you make one with my modifications you can name it the A5 air plus or A5 air 2. 0.
