This whey protein is the best one I 've ever tried. Have been buying from the brand for the past 8 months and tried a bunch of flavors. My favorites were Brownie and Chocolate Peanut Butter. If you mix a scoop with a little bit of water and put over your banana pancakes, OMG, I feel like I 'm eating a desert from a fine dining restaurant( no joke).

So, I 've been out of the loop for many years on my working out. I 've been working with my doctor to help me get back to what I used to be.
